My opinion doesnt count for much ,but if I were you Id stop powering lifters with S28-400s and use LEM-130s instead. And you may as well make Armory invertable if the wheels are external.
Ive never heard of astro-flights, maybe someone else has?
Also Tenderizer needs psi for the co2. How much do you plan to run it on? And dont expect your armour on Armory and Tenderizer to be OK if they come against spinners.

There was an middleweight in Robotica I believe that used Astros for drive. Either way, I would not use them in a heavy unless you use a lot of them (2-3 per wheel or so).

Mark, you might want to rethink the ground clearance on some of them...Tenderiser for example. I dont see how Hells Teeths shape automatically gives it 0 ground clearance all around, and with 0 all around you wont move anyway.
