Weapon Synergy Unleashed vs. Secret vs. Die-Ceratops Re-Invertus vs. MeCannibal 3.0
Hmmm, was hoping for an alliance with Paul in this fight, as I think MeCannibal 3.0 might not be safe. Still there if you want it Paul...
For this fight, I will equip the clusters in the following ways:
Red: Weapon Module 5 - the scoop. In this fight, use Weapon Synergy Red as a spinner killer against Secret to allow Weaponn Synergy Blue and White to attack without the spinning disc being a problem. Reds secondary aim in this fight is to stay alive no matter what - with the 100% cluster rule ennforced in this tourney, even if only one cluster is alive, it can still win the fight. Avoid any encounters it will not win, stay away from hazards or house robots. Basically: DO NOT DIE!!
White: Weapon Module 2 - the jaws. Weapon Synnergy Whites main aim is to act aggressive throughout the whole fight, using the jaws to grab onto any of the opponents in case the battle goes to a Judges Decision. Weapon Synergy White will focus the attacks on Secret and Die-Ceratops, avoiding MeCannibal!
Blue: Weapon Module 1: the flipper. Weapon Synergy Blue will aim to get underneath either Secret or Die-Ceratops and flip them around. Obviously because both Secret and Die-Ceratops are both innvertible, fliping them wont do anything, but by showing aggression and possible damage (if opponents land with a bump), it could swing a Judges Decision my way.
Paul, wanna team up?? The exposed wheels on Die-Ceratops look tasty for your FBS...
Shape - Mostly a shallow wedge with a small box section at the rear.
Speed - 16 MPH
Dimensions(lwh): 70CM X 45 CM X 20 CM
Armour - 4 mm Hardox for the top, 5 mm for the sides and 5 mm Grade 5 Ti for the base.
GC - 3 CMs at the very rear, going down to 0 at the front, assisted by a sharpened wedge extender allowing it to slide under the lowest ground clearance.
Weapon 1 - The wedge.
Weapon 2 - A flat disc of doom style flywheel on the front wedge. Robots get thrown off after having their bases and wheels shredded. The disc is run on a Lem-130 on 24 volts and spins at 500 RPM. The disc is made of 4 mm Hardox, with two Hardox teeth, angled in the direction of spin.
Drive - Two wheel drive, with the wheels positioned at the very rear of the machine and castors around the middle to provide stability. This is powered by two S28-400 Magmotors on 24 volts.
Srimech - A lifting bar/plate made of 5 MM Grade 5 Ti/V. This not only self rights the robot, but also gives the disc some protection from axe attacks. The base bar is curved so it avoids hitting the disc. This is powered by a LEM-130 on 24 volts.
Sorry I havent been posting for a while, but Im going to be posting my tactics when my fights come. But, if anyone has offered a team-up, or would like one, then I accept.
What I meant was my break from writing is going to be short-lived, Martijn. Being on vacation, I couldnt give a horses arse about writing right now. I will though when I get back on Friday.
And Joey, seriously, it doesnt take much to confuse you. :P
