    roight, Im gonna give predictions, I feel like giving predictions! o, and Im not gonna predict matches that feature me, I never do that.

    Semi-Final 1
    Orka RV (6) vs. Novastorm
    I've gotta give Novastorm the edge, Novastorm is okay, strong spinner, these are 2 decent robots really but not superb, should be an interesting fight.

    Achilles (2) vs. Magnitude
    Two strong flippers, I will predict Achilles to live up to its reputation but it may just be whoever gets the OOTA first.

    The May Tracks Has You (13) vs. Ge5orce (4)
    Read the above really, Ge5orce to get the OOTA first is what I predict.

    Semi-Final 2
    Wedge Devolution (10) vs. Black Panther
    Rematch of a MN1 semi, Black Panther and his dual weaponry get my vote here... barely.

    Ringwraith vs. The Crashing Bore 2
    Pfffffffffffffffffffffffff, 2 interesting bots, I think Ringwraith is hard to grapple for the Bore, but who knows.

    Mobile Failure vs. Disco 5 (1)
    The champ to have a slight edge and knock Mobile Failure around a bit, will be interesting to see where this goes.

      ROUND 1
      1. Sheer Heart Attack 2 (14) VS VENUS FLY TRAP II (11)
      Sheer Heart Attack is an awkward shape to most other robots, but it's prime grabbing material for Venus. Plough straight into the drum to stop it spinning and slide underneath. Ram the tracked seed into the nearest wall so I can properly lift 'n' clamp it. From there, head for the pit and dump it down.

      2. Orka R.V. (6) VS Novastorm
      Orka to get in a lucky flip for the win.

      3. Achilles (2) VS Magnitude
      Achilles ploughs into its fellow flipper and goes through via pitting.

      4. Ge5orce (4) VS The May Tracks Has You (13)
      This all comes down to who gets in that all-important lucky flip. Close, but I think the May Tracks might just be able to sneak a win.

      It's been a while since a tourny this big got this far, Kody. Looking forward to the last leg.

        Sorry for the lack of updates. This is not dead by a long shot (come on, it's the semis! :P ) but I need time to work on stuff for it, and I'm currently unable to get that time slotted in.

          All right, we have reached the Series Semi-Finals of The Crash & Burn Tournament 4! Before we get to the fights, let's introduce each bot into the arena for a parade of sorts, and remember how they got this far!

          From Enschede, the Netherlands...former champion, 14th seed...Sheer Heart Attack 2!
          Unchanged since last wars, the 30kg titanium drum connects the drivetrains, the tracks have titanium wedges at the rear, very good drive power, very good weaponry but those tracks looks very much exposed for my liking. He's not Crash & Burn 2 champ for nothing, though, and he's ready to take his crown back!

          C&B1: Didn't compete.
          C&B2: (as Sheer Heart Attack) Defeated Quocunque Jeceris Stabit, The Deer, Aneurysm, Cyclone Force 2.5, Flank Attack: DT, SUNCUST, and finally Tempest Evil-er-oution to claim the crown!
          C&B3: Very surprising loss as, after an intense struggle, Ge5orce managed to pit the reigning champ in its Heat Final.
          C&B4 Hit List: Dendroaspis, Holepunch 2.0

          From Glasgow, Scotland, seeded number 11...Venus Fly Trap!
          Through Team Bravehart's looking glass is a Hardox-armoured wedge with prongs and a lifting plate powered by an S28-400 MagMotor, designed to grapple opponents and bring them wherever it pleases...versatile, somewhat powerful, and nippy, but the weapon is rather exposed and so is the ground clearance...could we have a withered 11th seed on the horizon? Or could he bite and snap his way to the crown?

          C&B1: Didn't compete.
          C&B2: Didn't compete.
          C&B3: Went down the pit in its Heat Final thanks to current champ Disco 5.
          C&B4 Hit List: *69, Bloody Frigid

          From Onehouse in Suffolk, seeded number 6...Orka RV!
          Has competed in every war thus far. Now resembles a box-wedge shape like Comengetorix, with a narrow flipper that can right it. Runs invertible, has titanium armour and decent driving ability, but with 6 wheels it could be hard to turn. Much different than MK4 in previous wars. The Team Dinowarrior nuke to getting that C&B trophy!

          C&B1: (as Orka MK4) Went to the final four, but was ousted at the last by a pitting from eventual silver medalist Clawdius Decimus Murderous. Beat Aneruysm in the play-off to get the bronze.
          C&B2: (as Orka MK4) [seeded 3rd] Shock Round 1 exit when Voltronic and Liar ganged up on it and eventually Liar sent it over the fence!
          C&B3: (as Orka MK4) Met more success than last time, but was taken out by Shane Swan's Envy in a close JD.
          C&B4 Hit List: Maximum Genocide, Dantu

          From Oswego, USA...Novastorm!
          Basically vague stats, this invertible wedge, with reverse wedge in back, has Hardox armour, 4WD powered by 4 S28 Mags, and many, many spikes around the main body. The wedges are split into V shapes to possibly get under opposition easier and halt the oncoming approach of spinning weapons, but...an unknown ground clearance and batteries? And it seems very underweight...but he got here for a reason, so he may still have the spark to ignite the fury within!

          C&B1: Didn't compete.
          C&B2: (as Novastorm 2) After taking a ride through with The Disc 5 after Mass Disctruction Revolution got taken out, was OOTA'd after an attack from Liar 2 sent him into a CPZ and the house robots took it from there.
          C&B3: Didn't compete.
          C&B4 Hit List: Harraz, Paralyzation 2 (7)

          From Geddinton, runner-up and 2nd seed...Achilles!
          One of the most feared box-wedge flippers out there, and it has proven to be so with its pneumatic/hydraulic capabilities in every FRA tournament it's competed in! Extremely powerful drive, tough armour, proven to get under the lowest ground clearances...the name is misleading, as there are no real Achilles heels to discern, here! He's ready to go one step further!

          C&B1: Didn't compete.
          C&B2: Lost a judges decision against 6th seeded Die-Ceratops Re-Invertus.
          C&B3: Made it all the way to the Grand Final, and in the quite climactic battle, it just barely lost the judges decision (it was even until the damage category, which he lost by a point) to 27th seed Disco 5, who was crowned champion.

          From Pontefract, England...Magnitude!
          Not the only flipper here, but certainly dangerous enough to be feared amongst them! At the front of the flipper, but seperate from it, is a small lifter to help get underneath opponents, so it's ve-ry dangerous. It also has good armour and a decent drivetrain, but like every other pneumatic weapon out there, that flipper will eventually run out of power. Let's see how this newcomer will fare!

          From Gainsborough, seeded number 13...The May Tracks Has You!
          13, unlucky for some. Unlucky the last few seasons too...it's a thin, tracked Hardox box wedge with barbs on the wedge to keep them there...until the full-pressure flipper launches them! It's got decent LEM drive that's undervolted for more control, but it might lose in a pushing match. It also has a strip of metal on the top to stop robots going right over it. Going for a fourth season and its current 2nd semi-final, could it go all the way here?

          C&B1: (as Enter the May Tracks) Reached the Series Final, but was disposed of in the quarter-finals into the pit by Clawdius Decimus Murderous.
          C&B2: (as Enter the May Tracks, seeded 7th) Suffered a similar fate at the disc of BIACS-LE in its heat final.
          C&B3: (seeded 25th) Launched into the pit by Nitro-Gene 5.0, again in the heat final.
          C&B4 Hit List: Blast, Blue Hurricane

          From Shrewsbury in Shropshire, seeded number 4...Ge5orce!
          GeFiveOrce...what a mouthful! And what a flipperful if you get stuck on that wide wedge, for you'll get sent flying ala Axe Awe vs. Wheely Big Cheese! Hardox body and titanium wheel guards help keep away nasty spinners from the internals and it has decent 16mph speed, but may prove a bit uncontrollable. It has average pushing power, too. This isn't the first it reached the semis, though, and he's looking to go further than before!

          C&B1: Didn't compete.
          C&B2: Didn't compete.
          C&B3: Reached the second round of the semis, only to fall to Disco 5, the current reigning champion.

          From Enschede, the Netherlands, seeded number 9...Under Pressure!
          You'll know all about this Tough-As-Nails inspired machine by now. Two sets of claws, one wedges and cancels the opponent's traction, the other pierces and makes a mess of things. 3.5mm Hardox protects just about everything, including the 5mm titanium maiin body. However the set-up isn't quite as lethal inverted and it's quite cumbersome, but here it is, in the semis! And he's got a firm grip on his goal!

          C&B1: Didn't compete.
          C&B2: Didn't compete.
          C&B3: Made it to the semis only to be defied at the last by Ge5orce; was flipped into the pit just 4 seconds before the match ended.

          From Pontefract, England...Gabriel IV!
          Now HERE'S something different...a triangular pyramid with a front hinged flipper. Has a front nose cone for getting in underneath opponents (with two spikes to serve as thwackers), Hardox armour, C40-300 MagMotors, and removable skirts, but control may be an issue. He was controlled enough though to get this far with his brother Magnitude, will Team Picus claim the coveted C&B trophy?

          C&B1: Didn't compete.
          C&B2: Didn't compete.
          C&B3: Didn't compete.
          C&B4 Hit List: Shovearound 2, Symmetry

          From Glasgow, Scotland, seeded number 10...Wedge Devolution!
          It is your basic wedge...or is it? 4th time competing, it has Hardox armour, skirts at the sides and rear, above-average drivetrain which is good, a powerful rear-hinged flipper with frontal scoop, so a good all-rounder here. Last time it had its best run of the entire competition, and this time he quite looks to surpass it, but can it go all the way here?

          C&B1: Shocked out in Round 2 when, after flipping over the house robots, Terrorhurtz managed to outlast it and beat it in a judges decision.
          C&B2: Went a step further but again got beaten in a judges decision, this time by semi-finalist Axeon 3.0.
          C&B3: (seeded 19th) Another step above its previous foothold, however this time it lost by a pitting, courtesy of Paralyzation 2.
          C&B4 Hit List: The Deer, Monsoon Season

          From Geddinton...Black Panther!
          Basically a really low 180 degree wedge with a front flipper and powerful pneumatic axe; rear prongs help stabilize it when it uses the axe. Fast, decently powerful, well-armoured in the front, but very hard to control at top speed and the weapon power will run out sooner or later. It and Wedge Devolution have quite the rivalry, Black Panther prevailing in one of the regional majors, and Wedge Devolution getting revenge in the last C&B. Who'll prevail here? Black Panther looks determined...

          C&B1: Didn't compete.
          C&B2: (as Black Panther Queen) Ripped apart in Round 1 by Infusion.
          C&B3: Again fell at the first hurdle when 19th seed Wedge Devolution flipped it over the fence.

          From England, Ringwraith!
          Old is new again...or rather, the veteran is new to the tournament! A Barberous-inspired design, extremely powerful with the 30mm Duralumin drum...shaped like Pussycat€™s blade. Very unusual, but effective! It€™s not going to push worth a damn here, but it does spin-up very fast and has a decent drive speed though, so hide under the covers, children!

          C&B1: Didn€™t compete.
          C&B2: Didn€™t compete.
          C&B3: Didn€™t compete.

          From Gainsborough...The Crashing Bore 2!
          Remake of THE oldest vapourbot on the circuit! This box-wedge is compact in dimensions, and slightly similar to Mousetrap with a spiked trap powered by two LEM130s, and a lifting wedge. The drill also returns, with 50kgs of downforce to run you through. It has high ground clearance under the skirts, though, but it's still powerful, tough, very lively after all these years. Could Crashing Bore stun the crowd with a tournament win here?

          C&B1: Absolutely destroyed by Mass Disctruction Ultimate 3.1 in Round 1.
          C&B2: Again got beaten by one of Aaron Knight's bots, this time by eventual grand finalist Infusion, in Round 2.
          C&B3: Didn't compete.
          C&B4 Hit List: M.O.R.D. 2, Lime-y

          From Patricia, Canada...Mobile Failure!
          I daresay, is this reverse psychology in the works? Boxy, angly, LEM130 and 4WD, skirts, has powerful axe that can self-right, and reasonably tough armour. It'll run out of axe power as with all pneumatic axes, but that won't hinder its pushing ability one bit. This newcomer really hasn't lived up to its name, to be quite frank, and could go all the way.

          From Kelvedon, seeded number 1 and reigning champion...Disco 5!!!
          And here he is! It's time to panic at the disco, because this robot's king of the dance floor! Electric powered drive and weapon producing 31.5 kilojoules, more than Hypno-Disc of Robot Wars fame, and titanium armour. It's mildly nippy at 12.5mph and the skirts around it are torsion sprung to deflect wedge attacks away...it's a case of Saturday night fever! He looks to defend his crown, and by golly he's got the power to do so!

          C&B1: Didn't compete.
          C&B2: Defeated by C&B1 champ Salamander in Round 3.
          C&B3: (seeded 27th) Pranced its way past Monolith, Ramminator, ISDSFA, Venus Fly Trap, Cosmic Thunder 2, Ge5orce, Envy, and finally Achilles to claim the C&B3 crown!

            And here we go! Let's get this shiz on!

            Roboteers, stand by...

            House robots are Count Bleck with his spinning ring and flamethrower...and Hexadecimal with all them lifting blades hiding the spinning blades...

            ACTIVATE!!


            So it begins! And from the start we have the former champion...sneaking around! It doesn't look like Sheer Heart Attack is going to chance being clamped! But Venus Fly Trap has only one goal for this match: CLAMP! And so we have Venus Fly Trap turning to face the former champ with the extended plate. I don't think Sheer Heart Attack is going to get past that plate, mind you...and it doesn't. The McGregor clamper wins out...but the drum hits the supports on the sides of the plate! Has that caused damage? Only glancing off, surely, but now Martijn is in trouble! They've been drawn into the trap! Venus Fly Trap heads for the arena wall...possibly to gobble up Sheer - oh! Now we can see...the drum has indeed caused damage! One of the little barbs you see there, on the front plate, is totally chipped off! That will count against Venus Fly Trap should this go to a judges decision, but it doesn't look like it will! Because Venus Fly Trap have the former champion up against the arena wall, they are clamping, and they are grasping!

            Sheer Heart Attack desperately revving the track, trying to gain some purchase here - and they do!! Against the arena wall, actually! And that has popped Sheer Heart Attack, drum-first, out from the clutches of its adversary! Wa-hey! Sheer Heart Attack rams into Venus Fly Trap from the rear, using its own rear wedges on the track tails you see there...and Venus Fly Trap still has the plate lifted, but the supports are stuck in there and pinning Venus Fly Trap in there, it's completely stuck against the wall! There's no mobility touching the ground and the wedged Braveheart machine, folding its plate back down, can only wait as the drum weaponry of Sheer Heart Attack reaches its maximum speed! Ah! The actual srimech on the back of Venus Fly Trap has fired, do you see it? A little...arm on the back helps it right itself if put on the backside, but it's of little use here, because they are really pegged in there, and any moment now surely Sheer Heart Attack is going to turn around - they do!

            CRASH!

            And BAM! Venus Fly Trap...I must say those supports do help! The hit is brutal, but although there is slight damage to the Hardox body armour, it wasn't tossed over as feared! Of course that means more damage is caused to the internals of the machine, but Venus Fly Trap has been freed! And it's quite mobile, turning around and getting that plate into play again! Sheer Heart Attack backs off as quick as it can, and the drum is nearly at speed when Venus Fly Trap smashes into it straight on - and there, clearly, goes a tooth! And another! Within a second, the 14th seed has shorn the 11th seed's teeth off! He's now missing 3 on the left side, and that won't do if Steve wants to trap his adversary now! Venus Fly Trap however continues pushing into Sheer Heart Attack, and...aha! Some crafty driving there from our very own Martijn Benschop, as Sheer Heart Attack makes a nice reverse j-hook over the support of Venus Fly Trap and is away! Nicely done, and his reward is getting the drum spinning again! We have a very agitated carnivorous plantoid in our midst, but as it tries to get its plate in again, the drum is swiftly thrown in and Venus Fly Trap has several carvings in its plate now! Despite this, it now tries to lift Sheer Heart Attack partially while the latter is on the lip of the plate, and Martijn goes to back off...but now Steve is successful, and Sheer Heart Attack is flipped over! With the drum now spinning downwards, it won't be as effective as carving out the barbs and Venus Fly Trap seems to have the advantage now! Nonetheless, Martijn moves his machine away and gets the drum spinning again! The Flytrap comes straight upon him, but Marti does another nice reverse arc and this time has the drum pointed straight at Venus' side! Steve tries to turn and attack, but it's too late!

            CRASH!!

            And that's where having the drum spin downwards comes in handy!! That support is broken entirely off!! What a hit, and how unfortunate for this to happen to poor Steve! Venus Fly Trap, now handicapped, goes forward anyway and collects Sheer Heart Attack onto the plate. The former champ's drum begins to spin up again as it is unhampered by anything, but Venus Fly Trap lifts the plate...and it still works fine!! Hurriedly Martijn tries to reverse out of it, but now Venus has its sights set on Count Bleck's CPZ! Off they go! And Sheer Heart Attack does get out of the grip, but not out of the situation as one last shove deals him right into the...teeth, of Count Bleck!

            CRASH!!!!

            And just like that, Sheer Heart Attack loses a part - one of the rear wedges! Well, not entirely, but it's hanging by nearly a thread! I'm quite surprised the track didn't jam up, though, as Sheer Heart Attack, sent flying from the blow, is just fine and spins its drum up again! On the hunt again goes Venus Fly Trap, but Martijn isn't keen on losing his wedges and moves around the charge, just like at the start of the match! Steve moves to keep the front pointed at SHA2, but SHA2 reverses suddenly...aha! He got the side of Venus Fly Trap, and is under it with the undamaged wedge. Of course, this particular wedging doesn't remove all of Venus Fly Trap's wheels off the ground and they go twirling about until Sheer Heart Attack turns the other way...

            CRASH!!

            Say goodbye to the other support; it's gone!! Hacked off entirely! It did pop the Dutch machine up a bit, and Steve gets over the shock of his weaponry being compromised, quickly throwing SHA2 into an empty CPZ! Steve waits, as Sheer Heart Attack begins to climb the wedge...and NOW clamps! ...but he wasn't watching his back, and now Hexadecimal has entered the CPZ and got Venus Fly Trap from the rear! He is lifted up...oh, and Sheer Heart Attack is dangerously close to being toppled OOTA!!! No golden opportunity passed up, Venus Fly Trap lowers its plate, but Sheer Heart Attack drives off the side and is saved! ...and is now right-side-up again, having fallen off awkwardly! Big trouble for Venus Fly Trap...the drum spins to lethal velocities again, and by the time Hex releases VFT, SHA2 comes in one more time...

            CRASH!!

            To topple VFT onto its side! And without pointy supports to overbalance it back over, VFT only pushes itself off the wall and is stuck there on its side, firing the rear srimech and lifting pathetically! It's more than Martijn needed to see, and so he retreats to the middle of the arena as The Watcher bears the ill tidings to poor Team Braveheart...
            1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10!

            CEASE!

            A cut above the Heat Finalists, but it's Venus Fly Trap who gets ejected from the Crash & Burn 4 solar system!
            Sheer Heart Attack (14) advances to the next round!!!

              House robots are Shunt with the bulldozer blade and axe...and Matilda with the tusks and flywheel.

              And they get right into each other's faces! WHAM! I swear shockwaves must have been given off by that...neither can get under the other, but Orka seems to be winning the pushing battle...Novastorm is nearly shoved back into the arena wall, that would have been catastrophic, but they arc backwards, driving Orka away from the wall, but they cannot get away from the front of Orka, Orka is just relentless in its pursuit, and within seconds of their initial meeting Orka has Novastorm into the CPZ of Shunt, down comes the house robot's diamond-tipped axe, but Shunt really needs to pound the vitamins back because that axe is doing NOTHING to the top armour of Novastorm...the scoop, however has allowed Orka to get underneath the front of Novastorm, and toss it overtop of Shunt into the arena corner...nearly out, I might add, due to the weight disadvantage Novastorm has. Orka now backs off, Shunt comes in for some more blows and Novastorm is getting pounded. I'm not too sure but Novastorm might be receiving some internal damage from this, we'll have to wait and see, Novastorm is only 9 centimetres high, don't forget. The siren in the arena has gone off, meaning Orka has hit the pit release button and the pit is descending! Was that a wise move, I wonder? Could Novastorm come back and shove Orka down there? Shunt moves aside and Novastorm...is definitely moving slower than normal now. Orka's back in, meeting head-to-head...and is now definitely underneath Novastorm! Tony tries to get off of the wedge of Chris' robot, but no can do! Will Orka go one more step to the crown?? There's the flip...and THERE THEY GO!

              Novastorm tossed straight up and over, and crash down onto the arena camera tracks, defeated! Team Dinowarrior are the winners, well done!

              CEASE!

              It had more success here, but in the end Novastorm burns out of its second C&B!
              Orka RV (6) advances to the next round!!!

                For the house robots, we have...Rorschach, deadly, sinking claw...and lifting scoop. Partnering him...very demonic, very cruel, and mostly certainly very large, Mr. Psycho.

                Two flipping beasts, one winner! There goes Achilles straight across the arena to bump into a mildly passive Magnitude, and to Joey's surprise Achilles actually manages to get under! Joey quickly tries to get the tracks in but there's naught he can do as Achilles immediately overturns Magnitude, not just that but sending him skidding across the arena floor whilst doing so! Magnitude rights itself quickly only to find itself right back on top of the flipper and tossed against the arena wall but thankfully not out! The 2nd seeds are putting on the pressure here and Magnitude is up against it! Magnitude self-rights again but Achilles is just relentless and gets under, a running charge along the wall before tossing Magnitude straight into Mr. Psycho's CPZ! Down comes the hammer, full-force! And it only glances off, or so it appears to, but what maelstrom of damage has been unleashed beneath the surface? We'll find out later, I guess. Achilles is still on top here, managing to get underneath Magnitude again and flip it, Magnitude self-righting but again gotten under by the punishing runner-up and is bullied and tossed into an empty CPZ, one which Rorschach has its sights set on and the house robot barges in! Immediately Achilles turns tail and goes for the pit release button, that's opened the pit. Magnitude is scooped up and...oooh. That claw DOES hurt...you know I think this is the first time I think we've seen our dear house robot cause that much damage. And it's about to get a whole lot worse, because in comes...Achilles? Oh no, Alex has it not enter the CPZ just yet. Rorschach now lifts with the scoops and drags Magnitude to the arena spike...but has difficulty in doing so because it's overbalanced! Achilles follows, not wanting to give its opponent any breathing room and Mr. Psycho...changes CPZs randomly. Apparently deciding he wants the other one more, he heads slowly back. Make up your mind already! Meanwhile, Rorschach...appears to be stuck to Magnitude...The Watcher might have entered, but no, in comes Achilles...

                Wait for it...and...FLIP! Over go both robots! We all knew he would do that, didn't we... Seems Mr. Psycho didn't like that, though, and so now starts to chase Achilles around the arena. Of course, there is no real chase as Mr. Holt's machine neatly outpaces the far slower house robot! Speaking of house robots...Rorschach still has Magnitude in its grip, but...can't draw the claw back to release him! Magnitude takes the initiative then...FLIP! Not only does this free Magnitude, but it rights him too! And just in time to be slammed into by Achilles! Another wedging and there is little poor Joey can do as Achilles lightly throws his robot over again! Magnitude quickly self-rights, but only for Achilles to swiftly slide the flipper under, carry to the wall, and this time Achilles makes no mistake as Magnitude is flicked high, high...and then comes down, down...to doom!

                CEASE!

                Magnitude is n'owt but a light aftershock, as Joey is shaken up after such a flipping!
                Achilles (2) advances to the next round!!!

                  And yet another two flippers! The May Tracks Has Ge5orce...in its sights! Ge5orce...goes around! And due to the higher manoeuvrability in tow, Ge5orce rather easily gets to the sides, but is unable to immediately penetrate the skirts. May Tracks backs up, not wanting to be gotten under, but Ge5orce keeps up the pressure. It is in vain, though, and Ge5orce has to back off this time. May Tracks comes at him but Ge5orce swings around and...nope. In fact, the flipper goes right up the skirt to hit the side panel. Shrugging, Andy directs Ge5orce to push May Tracks away, but the tracks' grip prevent Ge5orce from accomplishing much in that regard. May Tracks then makes a nice turn and finds itself at Ge5orce's own side! He slips under one of the wheel pods before Andy can get out of danger, and has one of the pods ride up the wedge...then backs off! Unfortunately, none of the spikes caught the wheel pod and so that failed, Frank m'boy...Ge5orce turns in and fights off May Tracks' attempt to get back there, and in turn manages to once again get a hold of May Tracks' side. But he is faced with the same result and ends up futilely trying to push May Tracks away. May Tracks swings around and gets the wheel pod of Ge5orce again. This time, he gets all of Ge5orce on the wedge and delivers the Jackson robot to Sir Killalot! Sir Killalot...oh...dear. He has Ge5orce right by the wheelpod...what on earth is going to happen now?! Not damage, surely? The claw is either not going at full pressure and the roboteer of Sir Killalot is just being lazy, or...Killalot is totally unable to crush the pod! Whatever the case, Killalot drags him over the arena saws while May Tracks heads the other way...to the pit release button! And BZZT! we can hear...sparks fly, I wonder if our ears are dying...oooh. BZZT! A slice is nice...two will do. That's Ge5orce's wheelpod being sliced into...Sir Killalot is pinning him on top of it. I wonder if the tire has been chewed into, the mobility been compromised? It's a non-point now, as Killalot lets go and Ge5orce seems to be okay, but in comes May Tracks with a little nudge there. Ge5orce doesn't want that and so spins around, trying to slide the flipper underneath the skirts and failing to do so...May Tracks inadvertently gets under Ge5orce and pushes him back, only for Ge5orce to flip itself and get out of danger. May Tracks pursues, it looks like another cat and mouse game doesn't it? Ge5orce is back to its tactic of getting around to the side, and it again succeeds - aha! There we can see...that Ge5orce is under the side skirts of May Tracks at last, and NOW flips! Goodness me what a toss! May Tracks did a great somersault in mid-air, and rests on its back! It rights itself, but now I think we are about to see a repeat of last match! Ge5orce is immediately underneath before May Tracks is even fully on the ground, and oh dear! He's headed towards...the pit of oblivion that May Tracks just opened not too long ago! Oh the irony! Oh the horror! Oh the pain of defeat, as a straight-on charge sees May Tracks slide quickly down into the great abyss we all loathe and fear...


                  CEASE!

                  It was inevitable...that The May Tracks Has You met its end here! See that coming, Franky boy?

                    Never mind fights, nice renders of fights I'm very impressed Kodster.

                    Some of my predictions may have been wrong, but here, I predict Orka to breeze past SHA2 with an OOTA, and similarly, Ge5orce to shock everyone and OOTA Achilles/beat him on a JD based on Aggression.
                    Gr8 fights btw, I look forward 2 the rest

                      Tactics for Redemption: Avoid that axe! Try and exploit the fact that Little Hitter has its wheels in opposing corners - and therefore, I think, turns faster in one direction than the other - to get around to its sides and pit it ASAP. Avoid the other hazards and house robots as much as is humanly possible.

                      Predictions: SHA2 to beat Orka, and...the second one could go either way but I am leaning slightly towards a Tornado/WBC sort of outcome with Achilles to progress.

                        SHA2 vs Orka... I may give more detailed tactics in the near future, but Sheer Heart Attack 2 plans on attacking Orka's sides and rear hard and relentlessly, and when wedged by Orka, I will use my tracks that will always keep in contact with the ground, and drive off asap

                        good stuff Im seeing here, Count Bleck is annoyingly present in post shots of my bots though! Go away!

                          Here we go, then, and it's a bit surprising as Redemption is giving its all in the hunt for Little Hitter's sides...but finds that the plucky hammerbot can easily get the front in! There's little else Joey can do, though, if he wants to avoid that bludgeoning weapon...but try as he might he is unable to get about Little Hitter and the hammerbot takes advantage, getting the forks under after a patient turn and giving that bassa a healthy dose of smackage! This wouldn't have mattered much, as LH2's forks are low enough for Redemption to keep wheel contact with the ground, but the axebot pushes Redemption backwards, side-on and hammering away! Massive dents are already seen in Redemption's steel armour, look at the power of that hammer! Redemption JUST manages to get away before being totally flattened, but it appears that he's been slowed down quite early in the match! Here comes Little Hitter now, with some aggression, and Redemption is bumped aside as Little Hitter smacks into the rear of it. Hurriedly Joey tries to turn and ram his opponent's side, but Little Hitter already turned around before Redemption did, and is bearing down on him! There's a frontal collision, in which the little forks get underneath Redemption's wedge, and Little Hitter resumes smacking away...ironically, Redemption on top of the forks helps stabilize Little Hitter as he's smacking away, but Redemption is now beginning to push Little Hitter back! Back and back they go...until...Redemption completely stops moving! I think the 2nd set of consecutive blows, 15 in all, at the very least has knocked something out of place, and drained the life out of Redemption! And so Little Hitter parades about the arena whilst The Watcher troops over and ends Joey's quest for...well...Redemption!

                          Sorry, Joey, but there's No Redemption, no resolution, no retribution...and no kidding!

                            Good stuff, Kody - I can't believe we're nearly at the end!

                            Ge5orce vs. Achilles

                            I think the most important thing to do here is to make sure I can keep getting under Achilles side on. The shape and angle of my wedge should mean that I can get under the skirts quite well, and then it is just a case of getting the right flips in and sending it out of the arena. I should be more manoeuvrable, so hopefully getting to the sides won't be much of a problem. Keep sending it into danger with big flips and get it over as quick as possible. Whether Alex chooses to use pneumatics or hydraulics in this match, I think that self righting will be a weakness for Achilles, which I should be able to exploit.

                            Sergeant Slaughter vs. Minilith

                            I don't think the crusher is going to cause me many problems, so just out-push it into the pit or the other hazards.

                            Heroin vs. The Unnamed Feeling

                            The plan here will be to get the lifting arm under the sides or the back of Heroin and tilt it so that the flywheel hits the floor and stalls. Keep doing this and see if I can cause damage to the flywheel and/or other parts of Heroin. Keep tilting it and rolling it over, as I can't imagine the petrol engines enjoying that. Make use of the hazards, be annoying, and get it down the pit.

                            UberForce 2.0 vs. Toro

                            Ram it. Hard. Avoid the flipper if possible (this robot does have a flipper, right? :P) and dump it into the pit.

                              Right. As many of you know, I will be travelling across Canada and staying in Alberta for a few weeks. Because the computer I will be using doesn't have Rhino/Flamingo, this is postponed until then. Worry not, it will be finished!

                              While I am there, though, I may start sign-ups for my mini-tourney, so keep your eyes peeled...
