With 100 psi that setup won't be very powerfull. But for tests, why not?

Well, it still bent the piece of steel on top of it purely by the fact that it wanted to keep on moving after it stopped, and it was 1/8 thick.

There is a reason the T on Hannibalito III's ram is made from a 40mm diameter ali rod.

It's perfectly functional. I don't see the problem.

I would suggest using 8mm HDPE bolted to ali angle. With the ali on the inside.

This robot seems to be coming along well and looks good too!

Maybe a bit too eruption/explosion-y.

It will have more detail (A BioHazard symbol and writing), but it's difficult to add in Google Sketchup.
