Yeah, mine is gonna be 100 grams over weight when it's built... So I'm going to get a smaller battery...

almost done, just need front armour and the weapons.

armour is 12mm hdpe and 6mm polycarbonate
weapon is a lifty graby thingy

my beetle is also going quiet well, armour and frame is pretty much complete, and i have neally found the parts for a pnumatics flipper system, but it looks like its going to be over weight... :sad: so i may need to stick a basic walker system on the back, so i get the extra weight alowence...

What motor is 180 using to achieve 17k rpm?

The brushless in Spinza does about 6000 rpm with a 3:1 reduction and I'm right on the weight limit.

I was wondering if any one is taking there beetle to Worthing? Because it would be nice to have some proper Beetle fights!!!
