We are currently working on the website. As soon as it is finished you can sign up there.
This Tuesday we had a meeting at the venue and started to make a floor plan to see where the arena can go and the tables in the pits...
The first 50000 flyers will be printed tommorow for distribution at CeBIT in Hannover, Germany. There may be a few left to bring to Debenham.

Hi I have sent email asking a few Questions No answer yet tho so

I would like to know how many members of my family I can bring,

I.e. wife and 2 kids as we plan to stop and see Amsterdam etc

Would like to go Camping but need to know if we can stop 1 or 2 days before after the event ?

I dont see any problem in bringing your family, please do. Do mention it in your application please.
The campsite will be available from Wednesday to Monday, at least. We are planning to have one big field for us Roboteers.
