Well the way i see it is you have a frame and then armour , i built a frame of polycarbonate for my bot and then attached sheets of metal over the frame.

Only got two 100mm wheels at the moment Im afraid. I should be able to get more stock soon, but subtotal is £67.07 with delivery on top giving £75.47

Heres one I made up a while ago. The fuses and fan arent essentials. Are you using the Scorpion? The layout should be similar.
