Woohoo! We finally get some fights and I win! Shooper performence from Mr Weston.

Same plan here that I had with Wheely Big Cheese last season. Avoid the flipper and slip the saw under the sides. Either munch away at the big wheels or just slam it around the Warzone. Or both.

Before the heat a final lets see how the heat finalists got here
In round 1 die-ceratops flipped anarchy and reigning champion SD IV showed it the pit
In the other melee flaming hell ripped into 17th seed pussycat but the 17th seed ripped of vampire killer€™s aerial

In round 2 die-ceratops re-invertus flipped the 17th pussycat out of the arena after taking some damage from the cat.
SD IV had trouble damaging flaming hell but managed to pit the newcomer

SD IV (1) V Die-ceratops re-invertus
House robots: Cassius Chrome and Shunt
3.2.1.ACTIVATE
SD IV spins its disc/saw up to speed and charges at the newcomer, but its die-ceratops who gets under spin dash and it flips the 1st seed up into the air, SD IV crashes to the ground, luckily it€™s the right way up, SD IV charges side on to die-ceratops and gets under its side and the saw on Spin dash starts slicing into the wheels of the newcomer. SD IV pushes die-ceratops into the corner patrol zone of shunt, who smacks down on die-ceratops leaving a small dent for his trouble, shunt uses the scoop and lifts die ceratops away from the 1st and keeps it in the cp, SD IV backs off, die-ceratops slips under shunt and flips over the house robot. Die-ceratops backs out of the cpz but into the awaiting SD IV who pushes the flipper robot onto the flame pit, die-ceratops only just escapes but SD IV narrows down on die-ceratops€™s angle of escape and pushes the newcomer into the disc of doom activate button, SD IV backs off as die-ceratops escapes the wall, but is now moving slower than before, SD IV zooms off after the newcomer but die ceratops spins round and gets under the reigning champion and flips it and SD IV lands upside down, but its invertible so SD IV spins around and starts pushing at the front of die-ceratops but it doesn€™t flip. SD IV is quickly off the flipper it gets side onto die-ceratops who tries to escape but cant and is pushed into the pit release button, SD IV spins die-ceratops around and dumps the newcomer onto the descending pit, die-ceratops fires his flipper in rage but the newcomer can€™t get off the pit and down the pit it goes.
Did someone say die? Well die-ceratops re-invertus has
SD IV (1) goes through to the series semi finals

Next time
Last years 5th place play off winner Archangel Of The Abyss returns against newcomer tails and veteran Supreme Glory Gamma
And series 2 semi finalist and 19th seed mega verter returns after a 2 series break against 3 times robot wars semi finalist dominator 2 and newcomer to the wars sheer hell.

Tactics: As stated earlier, I plan to gang up with Tails and remove the destructive Archangel of the Abyss.

1) ArchAngel of the Abyss (3) VS Supreme Glory Gamma VS TAILS
What Dan said. Charge straight in to stop the spinners and once thats done, either tip it over and batter with the blade or just batter with the blade anyway.

2) Dominator 2 VS MegaVerter (19) VS Sheer Hell
Probably Dominator. Someones getting a flight lesson in this fight, at any rate

So after months have gone and its time for heat B

So no intros lets go to straight to the fights
Heat B
Round 1
Fight 1
House robots: Mr psycho and Growler
Archangel of the abyss (3) V tails V Supreme Glory Gamma
3.2.1.ACTIVATE
As activate is called tails and archangel start to spin up to speed. Supreme glory gamma and tails turn and head towards the 3rd seed, Gamma is first to go on the attack and with the long axe can attack archangel without being hit by archangel, the veteran brings down its axe but because archangel is at full speed gamma is sent spinning away, Tails goes in with its bar thing spinning and smacks the dangerous archangel causing the lower disc on archangel to slow but not before it rips some fur of tails and tips into the titanium armour. Tails, backs off as supreme glory gamma comes in to attack archangel but it can€™t fire the axe quick enough and is knocked onto its side by the heavy full bodied spinner, gamma self rights quickly as tails hits the pit release button. Tails charges at archangel and is lucky enough to get under the 3rd seed and flips but because it€™s spinning it the 3rd seed isn€™t flipped. Gamma comes in and smacks tails from the side on, the carbon tipped axe smacks down and leaves a dent in the flipper.

Archangel recovering from the earlier attack is teamed up on again and is pushed into Psycho€™s cpz. The axe comes down and smacks on the top of the 3rd seed doing more damage to psychos hammer than the 3rd seed. Archangel who isn€™t spinning is attacked by tails who finally manages to flip the 3rd seed over. Archangel activates its srimech as supreme glory gamma smacks its axe into the bottom of the ex semi-finalist. Archangel is back on its legs but tails and gamma team up to push it before it can start to spin back up and push it down the pit.

Supreme Glory Gamma and Tails got through to round 2.

Mega Verter (19) V Dominator 2 V Sheer Hell
3.2.1.ACTIVATE
House robots: Dead Metal and Sgt. Bash
Mega verter heads after sheer hell who goes straight for dominator 2. Sheer Hell at near full speed smacks into the rear of dominator 2 with its horizontal disc. Dominator spins around and smacks the axe onto the disc of sheer hell but it just bounces off of it. Mega verter comes in behind sheer hell and the powerful flipper flips the rear 259 disc and sheer hell goes up into the air and lands right side up, dominator is quick to attack the side of sheer hell and manages to get the axe to scratch the top of sheer hell, who turns and smacks the wheel of dominator 2 with the front horizontal disc causing sparks to fly. Dominator 2 comes back on the attack but sheer hell smacks the side of dominator 2 again hitting the wheel but this time with the vertical disc flipping the 3 time robot wars semi finalist. Mega verter flips sheer hell from the front causing sheer hell to go over. Before sheer hell can selfright dominator 2 sticks its axe in the bottom of the newcomer. Dominator 2 pushes sheer hell into dead metal€™s cpz, the housebot grabs the twin disced robot and tries to saw into it, leaving a small slit where it sawed in, sheer hell selfrights using its srimech and gets its discs up to speed. Mega verter gets under the side of dominator 2 and sends it over the wall.

1) MegaVerter (19) VS Supreme Glory Gamma
Hope youve got your parachute ready, Dan.

2) Sheer Hell VS TAILS
Surviving the ArchAngel is mind-boggling to say the least. Here, its a case of sticking to the sides and flipping it over before the discs can dice me up too much. Once inverted, batter with the bar or try and slam it into the Pit before it can self-right

Oh......dear.

I think my only chance here is to try and take the match to a JD and win on damage and aggression by constantly hammering the armouring on MegaVerter. It doesnt matter if it actually causes long term damage, as long as it does some cosmetic injuries, it should be enough to make the judges award points. Oh, and another thing...

Tails box shape is an easy shape to cut up. I can do a 13 Black style spin to avoid the flipper if he is faster than I am, but Ill only use that as a last resort.

Time for round 2
Mega Verter (19) V Supreme Glory Gamma
House robots: Cassius Chrome and Matilda
3.2.1.ACTIVATE
The two robots more towards each other, supreme glory gamma being over so slightly faster than mega verter means the two robots meet in the centre of the arena. Mega verter€™s flipper is slightly lower than Gamma€™s skirts so it slips under and sends gamma over. Gamma quickly selfrights and heads back on the attack. It can turn easier and quicker than mega verter and starts hammering on the side of the 19th seed. Mega verter turns around and backs away from gamma. Mega verter gets under the veteran and flips it over but as supreme glory gamma selfrights mega verter pushes it into Matilda€™s cpz who has her flywheel tail sticking out. It smacks into the bottom flipping supreme glory gamma away but only leaving a scratch in the plastic armour. Supreme glory gamma recovers and selfrights and moves back towards mega verter who has flipped matilda over. Gamma hits the disc of doom activation button as that disc spins up mega verter moves over to the axe bot but gamma has higher manoverability so dodges the attack. Soon however Mega verter is on the trail of the veteran but cant catch it. Gamma turns to come side on to the 19th seed and starts smacking it over and over again with the axe. The axe starts to make an impact when supreme glory gamma has a wild spasm and lands on its side away from mega verter. Gamma quickly selfrights and heads back towards mega verter who is waiting for it. Mega verter gets under the veteran and flips sending it over and towards the arena wall. Supreme glory gamma tries to selfright but mega verter is has pushed it against the wall. Mega verter flips and Supreme glory gamma lands safely on the camera track. Not satisfied with that mega verter turns into cassius chrome and flips the €œshimmy bot€ over, Mega verter now flips the Refbot and then it stops knowing all the 3 house bots have been beaten.

Sheer Hell V Tails
House robots: Sgt Bash and Dead metal.
3.2.1.ACTIVATE
Both sheer hell and tails start to get their weapons up to speed. Sheer hell goes in with the horizontal disc and bashes into the side of tails. Tails turns to go on the attack but Sheer hell is ready for it and starts spinning on the spot causing tails to be knocked away with a gash in the side and the fur falling off. Sheer hell stops spinning and goes on the attack with its vertical disc flipping the newbie. Tails selfrights with its firestorm style flipper and smacks into the side of sheer hell with its bar thing causing a small amount of damage. Sheer hell spins around and goes vertical disc to bar slanted bar bang there is a flash of sparks and a grinding of gears as the two powerful weapons collide. Sheer hells vertical disc is soon back up to speed however tails€™s bar is left still after the powerful impact. Sheer hell uses this to its advantage as it smacks the disc into tails again flipping it, sheer hell keeps hitting and tossing tails until its in Sgt Bash€™s cpz. The flamethrower on Bash lights up as it torches tails while doing more damage to the rear end with its front cutters. Tails is released a little bit on fire and selfrights out of the cpz. Tails drives over to the refbot who puts the fire out. Tails repays the refbot by flipping him over. Sheer hell mean while has activated the pit release button. Tails comes over to attack the side but sheer hell is ready and smacks the side of the bolding robot putting a nice slit in the side. Sheer hell backs away to turn and bring the vertical disc into play. The powerful disc flips tails again. Steven pushes the flipper button but nothing happens tails doesn€™t move. Sheer hell senses something€™s wrong so backs off to let tails be counted out by the refbot. 1.2.3.4.5.6 tails manages to selfright finally. Sheer hell starts to spin up again and smacks into the rear of tails flipping it. Sheer not wanting to lose now batters the rear of tails towards the pit and the battered newcomer tails falls into the big black hole of broken dreams.

Sheer Hell goes through to the heat final.
