I also have some comments to make, really some people take this far too serious, someone makes a comment and a part of the forum uproars into arguments, the same way the old Inet forum when down the pot, the admin got fed up with all the arguments and shut it down.

Really on here, if someone designed a really really crap machine; people will say €œit will be excellent Mr X, well done€ etc. You get the point that some people are a**elickers, not wanting to cause a fuss, yes-men who say yes to everything. I€™m not sure about you, but I have worked with some of these yes-men and they do anything you ask, and I get fed up with it, because when you want someone to tell you if there are any mistakes in my music review, I want to be told about it not told that €œit€™s excellent Mr Sheppard, your finest review€ when I can see that I have used €œTheir€ instead of €œThere€ and those little mistakes that get ignored by Microsoft Word.

If the world was full of Yes-Men, everything will fall apart.

Also, hasn€™t anyone noticed that the current level of stats are scaring off newcomers? Also several major assumptions have been made which are and proved wrong, but still people are writing them into the fights. If you want a war based on truly the robots, and the drivers replaced by machines than here seems is the right place. But if you want a war based on half-machines and half-driving, then sadly this isn€™t the place. Maybe one day you will see the point, but maybe your head will still be high in the sky and you will completely miss the point.

The only reason people are taking this seriously, Dave is because as per usual, you dont get your own way and therefore you decide to disrupt other peoples tournaments by saying stupid little things in them. If you want to leave the FRA, then go, no one is stopping you, just leave quietly and close the door on the way out!

Yeah, Dave, can you stop raining on our parade for once? I dont have a problem with you being more intrested in ARC now, and neither does anyone else apparantly, why do you have to have a problem with US liking the FRA system? If we want to have fun with this system, let us. Nobodys stopping you from liking ARC, I dont see why you want to try and stop us.

No. Some people might say that, but Aaron, Nick, Tom, myself plus Scott and Andy (sometimes) have all been known to get on someones case if they enter something crap.

The problem with assuming one person to be a better driver than another, is that people will often assume you are biased against the one you wrote as a weaker driver. How controllable a machine is takes second fiddle to driver skill Can you imagine Typhoon in the hands of an amatuer?

Dieceratops, no contest.


Flaming Hell VS S.D. IV (1)
Tough to say. Flaming Hell has brute force, but SD IV has the power of being the champion and speed and armor, and not nearly as much brute force. Itll be close, but Im pretty sure the champ will come out on top.

My tactics: Because its a low box shape, my cage will be able to hiot it well, and make a mess of the domed sides. Also, I wanna know how far its blade sticks out the front, because I dont think itll hit FHs main body (I know I never specified, but the outer part of the cage is 60mm from the body, so if its less than that, the robot is going to get hit before the blade touches my body
