Anyway, I can get under Storm 2 from anywhere, so Ill keep the front pointed at him at all times, and take him for rides into the arena disc. If I can get him on the wedge right I should be able to drill through his wheels which will be a nice bonus

Try and get a push from anywhere, except for the front, and get it down the pit as quickly as possible, but most importantly, try not to lose. :wink:

Fact: Did you know Razer tried to crush TANs wheel and started bending the arm with out any damage inflicted to the wheel. Bit late to say it, but the Bore doesnt have the power to damage TANs wheels, only rip tread off if it was lucky.

Still a nice fight though, just a tad down on the techy side :P But your forgiven!

Storm II VS The Bore.

Im going with the Bore here, Frank only has to keep the front pointed at Storm II and Storm II will drive itself into the trap, ready for Frank to put it down the pit

They are HDPE with track race tires screwed onto it. Just asked Kos himself I also appologise, the Razer story didnt actually happen :sad:, obviously my sources were wrong, so I retract my statement from above.

On a similar note, Kos told me Kan Opener had a go at the wheels and managed to slice them a bit and TAN was still able to drive afterwards.

Note to self: Find the owner and ask first before posting!

Sorry, Aaron (and Kos if youre reading). Id just watched the Storm 2-TAN fight to see if the wheel could still touch the ground with the outer part taken off, and the wheel with its outer bit removed didnt look particularly strong.

The first semifinal is about to be filled - but will it be The Crashing Bore or Storm 2 who fills it?

3, 2, 1 - ACTIVATE!
The Crashing Bore had a slower start than the nippy Storm 2, and tried to turn and face it as it turned, but Storm 2 managed to keep ahead of it! Both robots turned until Storm 2 reached The Crashing Bores side and crashed into it, ramming TCB against the west wall! It couldnt get its opponent to the pit from there, so it released, and immediately The Crashing Bore swerved in reverse and caught Storm 2 on its wedge extension! Before Storm 2 could drive off, TCB swung its guillotine and dug into the front! As the rammer struggled to escape, TCB took it to the arena disc, which hit its rear, scratching the titanium armour! For its next move, the 15th seed rammed Storm 2 against the wall and retracted the blade, before moving forward so Storm 2 was on its wedge! The drill came out, pounding Storm 2s underbelly and leaving a mark along it! After a few painful drills, Storm 2 was being knocked onto the side of the wedge, so The Crashing Bore turned to get it back on - but this allowed Storm 2s wheels to touch the wedge and it zipped off, still alive and running away!
Spinning around, Storm 2 came back towards the advancing Crashing Bore, who fired its guillotine but only hit the floor! Before it could make a move to catch Storm 2, the RW7 runner up was at its side and pushing it around in a curve, finishing at the wall close to the pit release - but again, TCB was side on to the wall, and Storm 2 couldnt shove it to the release without pushing from the dangerous front! So Storm 2 turned away, avoiding The Crashing Bores attempt to get under, and reversed into the release itself. The Crashing Bore started retreating, still keeping to the wall, so a frustrated Storm 2 attacked from the rear and showed it what the arena disc felt like! The disc spun The Crashing Bore around so Storm 2 could ram it from the side, and take it close to the pit! Moving to the rear of the Bore, it shoved, the Bores wheels dangled over the hole of doom - and it closed! Storm 2 angrily rammed The Crashing Bore against the wall, driving to get under its rear skirt but failing! After pinning the 15th seed for a while, it rushed back to the release in reverse, while The Crashing Bore made its escape again, keeping close to the wall! As Storm 2 came rushing back in, TCB turned to meet it and brought the guillotine down, this time striking Storm 2 in the front wedge! But it was Storm 2 who had the advantage, dragging TCB away from the wall, so it could move it towards the pit!
Quickly, The Crashing Bore released its guillotine and charged at Storm 2, attacking with the blade again, but missing! Managing to drive around TCB again, Storm 2 took it into the north wall again, as the pit closed! Storm 2 released its grip, and The Crashing Bore turned towards it, but this exposed its side to a ram! Curving as they went, they hit the wall just south of the release, and Storm 2 could swerve to hit it, but The Crashing Bore turned to attack it! Storm 2 ran past the front, and was almost caught on the wedge, but drove off! Reversing, it pinned the 15th seed against the wall again, then swerved to get its front into play! The Crashing Bores attempt to run didnt come quickly enough, as Storm 2 finally rammed it down the pit just before it closed!
CEASE!

*WEDGE DEVOLUTION, seeded 27th, entered by Steven, this flipper beat Blizzard, Happy Birthday Party Pooper, Wedga Revo and Glasgow Kiss!
*ORKA MK3, unseeded, entered by Chris, this lifter beat Cuffy, Pink Panther, Disco 5 and Windiest Killer Just Got Windier!
*SEGGY THE THIRD, unseeded, entered by Dave, this interchangable robot beat Wheely Pure Evil 2, Deep Impact 2, Baldur and Revenge Of The Revenge Of The Bludgeonator!
*STORM 2, unseeded, entered by Matt Macdonald, this real life rammer beat Constrictor, In-terror-fied, Dantomkia and The Crashing Bore!

Next time on VFT6, 16th seed Push-Ish will give Dallas, Nightmare and The Ultimate Wedge the old heave-ho!
And 32nd seed Leprosy Infection will try to infect Disco Dancer 2.5, Dominator 2 and Tengu VI!

The seed dumps Dannys spinner, while TUW deals Nightmare the same fate

Chris chews up Dominator, while Alex permanately cripples the Disco Dancer

I read that the other two are teaming up to get rid of Dominator 2. So, why not? Ill go for him too.

Then, Id like to form a team-up with Tengu VI to get rid of Disco Dancer 2.5.

That way, the seed will go through, and the fav for this heat (well, MY fav anyways) will go through with it.

Hell yeah Dave, Im up for some teamin! Nightmare is mine. Im going to reverse into it and use the back to slow down the disc before it gets up to speed to quick and then get under it and hopefully push that weird shaped robot into the pit

Question To Richard: Is this the version of The Ultimate Wedge where I had the dual flysaws or the HP Flipper, its been soooo long I cant remember Coz if it is the flipper version, Ill have a go at flipping Nightmare like Biohazard did.
