    robot name: Kang

    Power: 1x 12v cp2400scr nicad pack and 2x resoldered 12v drill packs

    Drive: 2x 12v Drill Motors/gearboxes at 12v with 125mm wheels and a hub made from the guts of a drill chuck.

    Controller: two 12amp custom made drill trigger servo controllers.

    Weapon: 240mm saws, either 72 tooth or 50 tooth version powered by an ev warrior size motor at 24v (has a flat plate on it). speed is about 5000rpm ~

    Armour: 10mm 5083 aluminium lid with 4mm steel armour, 10mm lexan in low stress areas

    Frequency: 29.885MHz with a silvertone (http://www.silvertone.com.auwww.silvertone.com.au) military reciever

    Status: just needs armour.

      Robot Name: ZERO

      Drive: 2x 12v Drill Motors/gearboxes at 12v with 150mm wheels and a hub made from the guts of a drill chuck.

      Controller: 2 x electronize 15A and mixer

      Weapon: 2.5kg spinning drum powered by 12v drill motor. Approx speed 4000rpm.

      Armour: 5mm Ali with 3mm polycarb on top.

      Chassis: 15mm S/S box

      Status: just needs Electronize and weapon wiring completed

      I will be taking ZERO to Brighton on Sunday to gage reaction and get some feedback then will be looking to get to live events! Hoorah!

              Hey if Zeros going to Sheffield it can meet up with Conundrum Mk1. Zero looks like a good base to start with, wish i could have built mine as good as Zero.

                Power: 1x NimH pack 33.6volts +600g C02

                Drive: 2x 30v Drills motors 75mm dia wheels

                Controller: 1 Technobots h bridge dual channel.

                Weapon: Pneumatic axe. 80mm bore 50 stroke 16 bar ram(mounted vertically), paintball reg and buffer tank. 12mm pipes + 1/2BSP valve(3/2).Axe Shaft+head grade 5 ti.

                Armour: 1.5 mm front, 1.2mm sides, 0.6-1.6 back all grade 5+ ti.

                Chassis: 30mm nylon milled to 8mm in middle.

                Weight: 12KG

                Status: Finished. Going to sheffield.

                  Drive: 2x 12v Drills motors 75mm dia wheels

                  Controller: 1 Technobots h bridge dual channel.

                  Weapon: Full pressure flipper. 50mm dia 60mm stroke hydraulic ram.1/2inch Burket,enough pipework for buffer/area of ram.

                  Armour: 1mm - 1.5mm all round,1.5mm where electrics are. 3mm flipper. All grade 5+ ti.

                  Chassis: 12mm Nylon + 0.6mm ti.

                  Weight: 11.9 KG

                  Status: Finished. Going to sheffield.

                      2 new feathers building. (1) Noname. 18v drill motors for drive. linier actuator with a 400kg pull/push for lifter. 2 x 12v 3000 nicads 2mm stainless steel and 4.5mm polypro armour. Will be at Magna.
                      (2) Ram bot with wedge Gold motors 6-1 reduction chain drive. 2 x 12v 3000 nicads. polypro and steel armour.
