May seem a vague question but whats the usual stroke length you make?

Oh, I made in the past 100mm bore rams stroke 50mm, to stroke 358mm (the one in Tough as nails).

It just depends on what is wished for.

It happens to be that there is 1 ali ram for sale. Stroke 130mm (PM me about this)

think you will also be wanting a new chassis if you put a 100bore ram in Bulldog! For buffers, just get hold of a couple of old fire extinguishers and re-tap the M25 thread in the top.

I retap the buffers with 3/4 BSP.
More than enough meat, pressure tests up to 3000psi with ease. (the bottle I tested to destruction blew at 4600psi) And easy to get connectors for.

I have an empty 2k fire extingusher, perhaps swap for something feather.
