You have two ways to do this. Pay someone to do it or build one yourself. There are no products available.

if its just for testing a spinnner you could use a big tuppawear box, like the really big ones

what weight robot? An antweight one can be built for a couple of hundred pounds, feather/heavy arenas your looking at tens of thousands.

If it's an antweight then just use a big double walled cardboard box and stand back or are antweights more dangerous that I think they are these days?

they can be pretty devestating, i have taken to using 12mm armour on my antweight (overkill) but the buggers do take chunks out of it easy

Well yes but in those situations the robot is constantly attacking. If you hit the side of the box, the teeth may go through but I'd assume you'd stop at that point and if the robot is out of control, just place the box on some grass and move back.

They are. Imagine a heavy using a 50 Kw motor to drive a 1.4m diameter 35 kg spinning bar. That is the comparisation in powerlevels.

For a simple battlebox, you need a m² square of sturdy multiplex or simular, 350 to 450mm high 5mm thick polycarbonate walls and a polycarbonate roof.

That's roughly £160 on polycarb put together with some ali L-section and a lot of bolts.

That may be so but if it's only for testing as per original post then I don't see an issue. Worst case have a large sledge hammer to hand

i said to use a large tuppawear box if its just for testing but aparantly its now for fights

is 5mm polycarb not way over the top? Surely 2mm would be more than enough?
With the amount of flex in a panel that big 2mm should barely get scratched. Much cheaper too.
