Jon, were you expecting an e-mail? You should know by now that Mike takes things literally and he will drop you a line but seeing as there aint any trees on the prairie and Sittingbourne High Street is deserted (Ive been there - I know) hes got the rope but theres nothing for him to sit and wait in or on.
