The first link is how to get directional control from a servo and some relays.
The second is how to control speed from a servo and a transistor (should really use a mosfet).
Finally is the amalgamation of the two to produce a speed controller that can reverse.

If there's anything specific you don't understand about it don't hesitate to ask.

That design won't work, you can do just do a straight motor swap but you can't really have a particularly big motor on a servo board, only one of similar size or smaller. It'll be fine for fleas, ants and possibly beetles.

Some larger servo's have a separate H Bridge IC in them that can take more voltage than the control electronics so you can over volt them more like so: http://www.teamkiss.com/antweight.html (bottom bit of the page)

To run a bigger motor you need to use relays and/or mosfets/transistors to take the current.

whats the motors that most ants use? one with the gearbox?

Yeah, pretty much every antweight uses 12mm gearbox motors like these:

These are the ones all my robots use. The HP motors are the best of these type of motors, more power that ones of a similar type.

ive got a cheap rc car and i tryed the servo board on it and it works! might put a vid on youtube!
