Re: Selling up!!!! 4wd featherweight and assorted parts

Sorry if anyone was interested but it's being withdrawn from sale for the time being. We are going to have one more go at getting it working correctly. Sorry again and thanks for the interest!

I'm glad you reconsidered, I think it would have been if sad you'd just 'got tired of it', waste of a perfectly good robot and a good builder, its not a bad bit of kit.

If I could afford 400 quid I'd have it off you, its like a FW version of an ant of mine .

                I kid, I kid :P

EDIT: By the way Dan, in your first post you say:

i can send you the link to the shop on ebay where i get the drills from. The woman who runs it gives you a discount if you don't need the batteries!
Any chance you can post the link? Just fancy checking out the drills and prices.

will warn ya, they are a bit hit and miss. as i said before, one of the motors keeps sparking whilst the other 3 don't. I'm going to try turning the frequency down on the ESC but other than that, its going to need a new motor. out of the original 4 i bought, two needed replacing straight away.

Thanks, although at that price I'll probably stick with ~£10 for the Argos/B&Q 12V motors.

i did use to get them for £15 from someone else on ebay but that went sour. Just asking whilst people are here. Will the AR500 receiver work with the DX6I transmitter?

I've never used Spektrum gear myself, but to my knowledge, both of those are DSM2 so they should be compatible with each other.
