    Vapourbot Football Cup

    *snorts*

A-ha-ha. I cant believe that the guy who can only spell his own name because his Mummys written it on his sock is accusing someone else of bad spelling.

I love the smell of hypocrisy in the evening.

ewwww, getting smacked in the face with crap, not nice :P

The way you phrased that Tim was a bit bad, it should have been bad spellers, not bad writers, because thats an insult to Martyns fanfic writing ability (regardless of spelling ability).

Besides, even saying hes a bad speller is not nice, however truthful it may or may not be.

Martyn, Tony, Martijn, AJ, I need stats from you lot

              Vapourbot Football Cup

              Team Name: Omnibot Athletic

              Name of Player: Robinson
              Position: Goalkeeper
              Weight: 100kgs
              Dimensions: 100cm x 100cm x 30cm
              Weapons: None
              Speed: 25mph
              Power: 4x Eteks @ 60v
              Armour: 4mm Hardox 600
              Transmission: Gear driven omnibot
Notes: Two big hands made of 3.25mm Hardox with rubber padding on top to save the ball. Can move side to side to save the ball as well as come out to meet the oppositions attackers.

              Name of Player: Terry
              Position: Defender
              Weight: 100kgs
              Dimensions: 100cm x 100cm x 30cm
Weapons: Front snowplough (like that on Shunt)
              Speed: 15mph
              Power: 4x LEM200 @ 60v
              Armour: 6mm Hardox 600
              Transmission: Gear Driven
Notes: Designed to just plough into the opposition when they are in position of the ball. They will soon be de-possessed when a 100kgs chunk of Hardox tackles them at 15mph with over 100hp.

              Name of Player: Lampard
              Position: Attacking Midfielder
              Weight: 100kgs

              Transmission: Gear Driven
Notes: Can play the ball forwards and make forward runs using the scoop. The bulkiness can mean Lampard can get back to tackle too.

              Name of Player: Beckham
              Position: Midfielder
              Weight: 100kgs
              Dimensions: 100cm x 100cm x 30cm
              Weapons: Pneumatic scoop (like Behemoths)
              Speed: 15mph
              Power: 2x Eteks @ 60v
              Armour: 4mm Hardox 600
              Transmission: Gear Driven
Notes: The scoop can be used to simply guide the ball or flick balls forwards and maybe even cross the ball in. The scoop has side ball supports to guide it around.

              Name of Player: Owen
              Position: Striker
              Weight: 100kgs
              Dimensions: 80cm x 70cm x 25cm
Weapons: Front scoop with side ball flaps

              Transmission: Gear Driven omnibot
Notes: Small and nippy omnibot that can pick the ball up, weave round the defenders and put the ball in the net.

              Name of Player: King
              Position: Substitute (Defence/Midfield)
              Weight: 100kgs
              Dimensions: 100cm x 100cm x 30cm
Weapons: Front scoop with side ball flaps.

              Power: 2x LEM200€™s @ 60v

              Transmission: Gear Driven

60v ?! I should be a bit clearer that the HWs in this tourney must conform to current FRA standard rules, and I dont think 60v is the limit, unless its AC

Mean working voltage 36v DC. does that mean that AJs robots are not on 60v the whole time, or is that just the amount he carries in the robot ?

                        Just Martyns stats now

                        May well start matchs tomorrow

Reduce them all to 36v then please. Im sure the rules used to be 48v max for RW and 60v for BB, but never mind.

Maybe I should start my campaign for a set of standard vapourbot rules again...

                                Quick tactics:

Allanon to strike, get hold of the ball quickly, Archangel to cover allanon by killing anyone who tries to tackle, Hector to get claws wide, and just spin either way to block shots, it can cover about 2/3 of the goal at any one time, so shouldnt be too difficult to defend. The rest just mark others.
