          The Fowler Fic War 3.1

Drilla Killa Renaissance v Kronic v Hexadecimator v Archangel Of The Abyss

Spin into my foes: going for the most lightly armoured first, getting them out the way so I can concerntrate on the others without risking them slowing my discs down

          Atomic v Odysseus 2 v Blizzard v Firefly

Gang up with myself upon the other two, for preference however, blizzard to go through, even though neither of them are that great. Ill double team them, blizzard to pin them and then Odysseus to attack.

          M.O.R.D. 2 v The Matador v Slammer 5 v Obliteration 2

Slammer is to use the wedge set up and go on a flipping spree, try to leave them lying against the side.

Mauler v A Vapourbot Named Frank v SYNDOS v Hector

Go for whomever has the hardest armour, grab hold of them, and use them to bash into mauler to absorb the blows a bit.

          Thor v Tenderizer€™s Revenge 2 v Scaramanga 2 v Banshee

Hide under a cloak of smoke, and head for the highest clearance.

Sorrow v Brian Boltano v Tammy the 2nd v Robotnik Twins

Just drive full on into whomever I can, blade a whirring, although a clusterbot is good prey due to its clusterbot, the disc will send em flying.

          Slaying Mantis F v Cacodemon v Gemini v Liar

          Crush the lgihtest armour, etc.

Death and Taxes v Sheer Heart Attack v Pussycat v Nodachi

Pussycat should be easy prey here due to its light way of moving, slam it hard into a side and then chop repetativly with the blade.

Killer Carrot 2 v You Only Live Once v Scorpion Bite v Chaos

Whirl into chaos, although good for its time theere is not way it can account for yolo, especially as it is only 80kg.

Clawed Hopper v Baldur Gamma v Cyberdemon v Killeidascope

Slam all around into walls and whatever, lifting up, i dont know if any are spinners, but if they are just go headlong into them to stop them.

          Seigmund & Seiglinde v Darkestar v Vampire Killer v Salamander 3

Ooh, another double team, however this time a considerably mroe effective one, spin up with both and whirl into whomever seems like a good idea, presumably a clusterbot s and s is probably easier to being with. After its beat a direct face off would be good, and a rare oppertunity, so theyll both go full out against one another.

          Omega 13 v GBH2 v Double Killa 2 v Kali

Ram in, flip over, ram some more, not a greta deal else that can be added into that.

          Gravedigger v Death Adder 3 v Allanon v Dante

Yet another duo, dante is my favourite here, both go for death adder, which is more dangerous, then, gravedigger after. However they will go full out for each other upon completion, but dante should win easily.

            The Fowler Fic War 3.1

Ill just post my tactics as my fights come. Much easier to cope with than one big post, methinks.

            QUALIFIERS
            BATTLE 1
ArchAngel of the Abyss VS DRILLA KILLA RENAISSANCE VS Hexadecimator VS Kronic the Wedgehog

Battle of the big names, I see. Go for Kronic first and get the drills under the mildly high ground clearance. Lift, ram and Pit, basically. Then, gang up with Tony to try and pit the ArchAngel. Failing that, just try ramming either around like no tomorrow

Good luck with this, Matty! Youre going to need it!

                3€¦
                2€¦
                1€¦
                Activate!

And we€™re off! Three of the four machines waste no time at all in making their advances into the centre of the arena, with only Archangel of the Abyss choosing to wait for a moment or two, presumably waiting for its two monumental spinning shells to get up to speed. Meanwhile the other three immediately clash in the centre of the ring over the pit, with Drilla Killa Renaissance and Hexadecimator taking on Kronic. Steve and his machine go in with prongs raised and drills spinning, presumably hoping to cause some damage to the flimsy outer shell. Hexadecimator has other ideas though and manages to get straight underneath the sides with the powerful pneumatic flipper, sending the wedgehog over onto it€™s back. Drilla Killa Renaissance is about to come in with the drills for an attack on the underbelly when Kronic€™s lid flips and puts him back on his wheels.

By now, Archangel of the Abyss is ready and waiting to come into the action however is being very pensive, presumably deciding who to launch into first. His choice appears to be the weakest armoured, in this case, Kronic. However, by the time he€™s reached our Sonic look-alike, the other 3 have moved, he instead finds him careering straight into Hexadecimator. The result of the clash is a small gouge in the side armour of Hexadecimator and the bottom disc of Archangel of the Abyss stopping. Kronic thinks this could be his chance to try and flip him over and out, but when he makes contact with the Archangel, he instead finds himself bounced away by the top ring, which has already got up to speed. Even the flimsy armour doesn€™t take any damage from the top ring though and leaves Kronic to fight on.

The arena wall has already dropped by around 15cm by this point and Hexadecimator seems to view it as a better target for disposing of his foes. Having already been shell shocked from his last skirmish, Kronic is looking slightly dazed and Hexadecimator makes sure that he takes full advantage of this, slamming him into the fence with his superior drive and flipping him up into the air. This time though, the wedgehog is lucky and finds himself facing away from the wall, allowing him to use his lid to flip back onto his wheels and charge off in the opposite direction.

Meanwhile, Drilla Killa Renaissance and Archangel of the Abyss find themselves having their first little skirmish in the centre of the arena, and the 2 are tentatively circling one another, obviously waiting for a brief slip in concentration. Surprisingly, the slip comes from Alex, and Steve takes full advantage of it. Having slid slightly too far with his lack of manouvreability, Drilla Killa Renaissance suddenly finds himself presented with the side of Archangel of the Abyss. Steve lowers the drill prongs as low as they will go and slides into Archangel of the Abyss. The drills manage to slip underneath the bottom ring of the Angel, and allow Steve to try and slip underneath the skirt. Most action he€™s had in ages . He manages it, albeit having to put a small hole in the skirt and immediately uses the prongs to begin to topple him onto his roof. As he tries to toss the Angel over, however, the still spinning lower shell meets the wooden floor. It results in damage to all. Drilla Killa Renaissance€™s left drill prong seems to have stopped spinning, although the lifting function still seems to be working. Archangel of the Abyss has grounded it€™s bottom disc to a halt as well managing to lose one of the blades on the bottom ring, presumably becoming disattached after the big impact against the floor. Most importantly however, is the arena floor, which now has a massive gouge out of it and could prove tricky to drive over later.

Kronic and Hexadecimator seem to have been using the event to their advantage however and have both taken a break from fighting to sit and watch the action, ready to capitalize on any mistakes from the other combatants. This is exactly what Hexadecimator seems to be doing, as before Archangel of the Abyss can use its self-righting arm, Tony€™s realie has flown into the scene, sliding underneath Archangel of the Abyss and taking it towards the walls, which have now descended by nearly 40cm to just 50cm in height. He flings the Archangel up into the air, seeming to have no trouble with the slightly added weight for the walker. The first attempt fails to get Alex€™s vapour very high, but a readjustment later and he flings again, this time giving Archangel of the Abyss out of the arena and back to where it came from.

One down, three to go and immediately it€™s obvious whom the other two will be going for. Drilla Killa Renaissance is already wrangling with Kronic, to mixed effect. Despite having put a couple of holes in the flimsy side armour with the one remaining drill, Kronic has now managed to get underneath the raised prongs and has slid underneath him with the front wedge and is now proceeding to carry him across the arena. After taking him for a couple of laps of the ring, with Hexadecimator refusing to get involved, presumably for preservations€™ sake, he finally takes him to the edge to see if he can repeat Archangel of the Abyss€™s fate. Unfortunately for him, Drilla Killa Renaissance merely topples off the edge of the flipper onto his back and as opposed to Archangel of the Abyss, Drilla Killa Renaissance is invertible and merely shuffles back off across the arena to meet his old pal Hexadecimator.

Kronic knows that he is the one that both the machines are after and decides he needs to use one as defence against the other. Due to its higher ground clearance, he immediately picks on Hexadecimator, sliding the flipper underneath the side thanks to its quicker speed and better manouvreability. Much to his disgust, this plan doesn€™t work as Drilla Killa Renaissance just slides straight under the side of Kronic, sending both of his foes onto their side. Hexadecimator flips straight back onto his wheels, while Drilla Killa Renaissance uses his forks to pin shove and drill Kronic all at the same time. Hexadecimator follows Steve€™s machine and waits, presumably to help Drilla Killa Renaissance should he get into trouble. He seems to be having no issue though, and begins to back towards and away from the now exposed underbelly of Kronic using the 1 working drill to scar the base. Eventually though, Kronic is presented with a chance to flip his lid and he does so, quickly scurrying off before his foes can launch into another attack on him. In the interim however, between Drilla Killa Renaissance and Hexadecimator catching him and trying to marmalise him once more, the pit in the centre of the shoots open like a trap door, nearly catching the passing Hexadecimator on unawares as he passes it. Quickly recovering from his near miss, him and his ally go back in pursuit of Kronic who has now paused waiting to see in which direction to flee. As it is though, Drilla Killa Renaissance and Hexadecimator are bored with this pursuit, and decide instead of chasing the wedgehog, to attempt to sandwich him, charging from both sides. In his haste to escape, AJ drives Kronic straight into the drill of Drilla Killa Renaissance, which pierces the outer polycarbonate for the umpteenth time. He uses this to his advantage, lifting him over onto his lid once more, this time allowing Hexadecimator the time and space to manouvre underneath the upturned wedgehog. This time as well, he decided not to bargain on his ability to flip him out of the arena and plays it safe, taking him towards the circular trap and flipping him into the abyss, more suited for the previously disposed Archangel.

                CEASE

Me- what a great start to the 3rd Fowler Fic War. Archangel of the Abyss has got a HOLE lotta work to do to improve his chances while Kronic went down something Kronic. Hey, at least he€™s got a spine, several in fact.

                    BATTLE 2

Go for Heart of Fire first. Simply outshove it and take it to the nearest wall for a good flipping. Then, maybe try and do the same for Hell Brand. Avoid YACATR, as that spinner could send me Mini Metro wheels to the great scrapheap in the sky.

Alex, you thought that was long :P

Welcome to the second battle, of this, the third season of the Fowler Fic War. Having seen Drilla Killa Renaissance and Hexadecimator make their respective ways into the main event later on, it€™s now time to give another four hopefuls the chance to fight their shiny metal asses off. Let€™s head arena-side and meet our machines

FROM SOMEWHERE, IN SCOTLAND, THERMIDOR 2!!!!!!!!

Well here€™s the cheapest lobster you€™re ever gonna find Having been one of the most inconsistent machines ever in the real wars, Steve McGregor€™s brought him here today to see if he can fare slightly better in the imaginary world. A highly powerful flipper, as well as excellent speed and manouvreability should fare him in good stead, but low pushing power, thin aluminium armour and exposed wheels? What were you thinking Steve? This lobster may well be broiled

FROM OSWEGO, IN NEW YORK, HEART OF FIRE!!!!!!!!

The First of Two entries in this battle from Mr. Politzi, Heart of Fire is most definitely NOT the kind of robot you want to make your valentine this year Kind of looking like what would happen if a hurricane sprouted hammers from all sides, Tony seems to have created what can only be described in one word€¦ carnage. Couple this with very heavy-duty motors and armour that could probably only be penetrated by an Uber-spinner and you€™ve got one fairly scary looking beast. However it€™s practically impossible to control and if one motor goes this machine is cannon fodder. Mebbe Heart of Fire should just settle down with a box of choccies, eh?

ALSO FROM OSWEGO, IN NEW YORK, HELL BRAND!!!!!!!

And in comes his brother Looking like a true tribute to the alphabet, this invertible H will be hoping his maker knows how to do his ABC€™s The 360-degree hammer (not a first, I think I got there first :wink will be hoping to cause a devastating amount of damage. The 1cm titanium armour continues Tony€™s fine tradition of creating well-armoured machines continues. Unfortunately for Tony, it€™s gonna be a b***ard to drive, and the chassis ain€™t that strong. Bloody Hell

FROM BOURNE, IN LINCOLNSHIRE, YET ANOTHER CUT ABOVE THE REST!!!!!!!

Sporting one of the longer names in FFW3, Andy Jackson€™s latest creation is the second in this battle to be sporting an H-shape chassis€¦ how rare Unlike Hell Brand with his hammer however, YACATR as AJ refers to it is hoping to put the fear of God into its opponents is a 75cm flywheel made of hardox, generating around 52BHp to put into its attacks. Nowhere however does it give me a weight or a speed for the disc, so YACATR could fail to make the cut.

N.B. I shall be using the reference of 25kg in the old stats as the base weight for YACATR and giving it a speed of 500rpm as I feel this is fair given the lack of reference in the stats.

                            3€¦
                            2€¦
                            1€¦
                            Activate!

Straight from the off it seems that there€™re two clear divisions in this fight, with Steve and AJ, with Thermidor 2 and Yet Another Cut Above The Rest taking on the two Team Hitmen creations in the shape of Heart of Fire and Hell Brand. The four creations immediately clash in the centre, with only Yet Another Cut Above The Rest being slightly more tentative in his attack as he waits for his enormous disc to get up to speed. Tony seems to be trying to use Heart of Fire as his main carnage creator for this battle and as the sixty-mile-per-hour hunk of metal whirls like a dervish into the centre, Thermidor 2 is left to face his fate. The hammers smack Thermidor 2 right on the side of the claw, making an immediate imprint on the aluminium. The impact however sends Heart of Fire flying off, still spinning, and straight into his team mate Hell Brand. Fortunately for him, his machines are made of stronger stuff and both survive the impact.

By this point, much to AJ€™s delight, Yet Another Cut Above The Rest is spun up, and ready for service. Noticing the still madly flailing arms of Heart of Fire, he decides to go straight for the more appetizing proposition that is Hell Brand. Lumbering over, disc at full speed, AJ slides straight around one of the points of the H of Hell Brand and tries to make his mark on the 1cm titanium. He does so, making a surprisingly big score in the 1cm titanium, but it stops the disc dead and allows Hell Brand just to nudge against it and stop it spinning up again. Having done that, he brings his own weapon into play, smashing down on the top 3.25mm Hardox shell. It causes nothing but a dent, but Tony repeats the blow twice, finally perforating the Hardox very slightly.

After leaving the other 2 to battle it out for a while, Heart of Fire is on the offence against the weakest in the fight, Thermidor 2. Thermidor is just trying to dodge the flailing machine as it pursues him around the arena. Although Heart of Fire is by far the quicker, Thermidor 2 is far easier to control, and Steve is ducking and diving for all he€™s worth. When Heart of Fire finally catches him, he reminds the lobster exactly how powerful he is, smashing into the flipper and ripping into the same claw as he struck earlier, sending red aluminium flying across the floor.

Yet Another Cut Above The Rest sees that his ally is in trouble and flies across the arena, disc spinning once again, having escaped from the might of Hell Brand. Taking Tony by surprise, The H-shaped spinner flies straight into the opposite side to where Thermidor 2 is, sending the heart flying up into the air between the 2 before landing on the roof of Yet Another Cut Above The Rest. Thermidor 2 sees its chance then to escape and go after Hell Brand, who€™s looking rather lonely without an opponent. Finding his foe, he tries to grip him with the claws, only to realise that the last hit by Heart of Fire has left him with only one working claw. A limp-wristed lobster? There€™s hope for the world yet

Heart Of Fire is still stuck on top of Yet Another Cut Above The Rest and seems to be caught in two minds with regard to what he should do with him. Letting him off would leave Tony€™s machine to go back on the attack, but at the same time would earn him some much needed aggression points later on. Leaving him there however, would enable him to keep one of Team Hitmen€™s two machines unable to work, and allow him to try and get him into the pit should it open. Heart of Fire meanwhile is desparately trying to slide off the top of Yet Another Cut Above The Rest, but cannot find the traction on the polished Hardox to spin off and is just wobbling like a bird with a nervous twitch

Thermidor 2 meanwhile is trying to avoid the hammer of Hell Brand, while trying to launch an attack of its own. Gently circling the perimeter of Hell Brand, looking for an opportunity to slide in without meeting the astronomical force of the hammer, Steve finally goes in for a charge at the side, slipping the tip of his flipper under the skirt and tickling what€™s underneath. How rude! Hell Brand seems to object to this unwanted attention and tries to turn away, only to discover that such a move pushes him up further onto the face of the Lobster. Clawless he may be, but flipper-less he is not and the lobster knows it. Firing the flipper, he sends Hell Brand€™s h-shape chassis spiraling through the air before landing with a crash in the centre of the arena, scoring the lobster his best attack of the match so far.

Yet Another Cut Above The Rest is still dithering with regards to what to do with his foe and soon finds himself left with no choice as he finds himself pursued by the newly freed Hell Brand. Hell Brand doesn€™t like the way his teammate is being treated and starts going towards him with a malicious shot at the floor with the hammer, perhaps insinuating that AJ€™s machine will be next. AJ takes the hint and immediately flies towards the arena wall, taking the monstrosity of Heart of Fire on his back with him.

Managing to slam him into the wall before he backs off scores AJ€™s machine more points, but it€™s not long before Heart of Fire is coming back in to gain vengeance. With all the hammers around him naturally following, Heart of Fire goes in spinning like Frank€™s head after a night out Once again though, his lack of control leads him to end up attacking his own team mate though as AJ€™s natural dodge and Heart of Fire€™s inability to slow down sends him spinning straight into his team mate. This time the damage isn€™t as noticeable as 2 hammers meet, purely causing sparks as opposed to any lasting marks.

Thermidor 2 is sitting at the edge of the ring, the other three having almost forgotten he existed. He€™s not immobilized but he seems to be sorely limping and grateful for the break from being in the midst of the action. Heart of Fire is back up to speed again now, and this time his charge towards Yet Another Cut Above The Rest is successful, although he does nothing but slide up the side with the hammer, denting the top of the side panel. AJ responds with his own attack though and slides underneath the hammers, scoring a brief attack on the main body of Heart of Fire and tearing away at the edge of one of the panels on the inverted face of Tony€™s creation. Hell Brand has not forgotten his teammate though and immediately tries to grapple Yet Another Cut Above The Rest with his natural shape, just as the siren for the pit sounds.

The attack allows Hell Brand to score another strike with the hammer but this time it only has time to make a single dent in the hardox before AJ€™s machine is allowed to escape. The two Team Hitmen creations realise that Yet Another Cut Above The Rest is not going to go down easily and instead turn their attentions towards the badly wounded lobster. Yet Another Cut Above The Rest is not about to let them tear into their ally however and catches up with Hell Brand, tearing into one of the side skirts, ripping into it with a cloud of sparks. After backing off to regain full speed from the disc, he goes back into to tear at the skirt again, this time tearing through all the way to the edge, leaving the skirt nearly hanging off. It immediately shows, as Hell Brand seems to struggle with manouvreing towards his original target.

Heart of Fire is already there and is a massive blur of hammers. It€™s like D.I.Y. in the Wild West The hammers are just about to make contact with the lobster when Yet Another Cut Above The Rest once again comes to the rescue of his seafood ally, slamming into the dervish of Heart of Fire. Both robots are sent spinning off into the distance, with Heart of Fire slightly more extravagant as he floats through the air still spinning. This does however leave Hell Brand and Thermidor 2 to have their first solo confrontation for a while, with both machines able to get in a good attack. Hell Brand flies straight into the gaping jaws of Thermidor 2 and slams down with the hammer. The hammer perforates the top aluminium panel of Thermidor 2 just as he fires the flipper, sending him back out the way he came in only this time, through the air

Over the other side of the arena, Yet Another Cut Above The Rest and Heart of Fire are once again battling it out to see who can take out who first. This time though, it€™s far more tenacious, as both machine circle the pit. Tony knows that should he hit Yet Another Cut Above the rest and get a dodgy bounce, then he€™s gonna go straight into the pit and he€™s not willing to take that risk. AJ knows that this is gaining neither of them any points for style and he should really be fighting for the judges, but at the same time knows that if Heart of Fire takes the bait, he€™s a surefire winner.

Hell Brand has finally recovered from being flipped around and is now going back after Thermidor 2, hoping to be able to simply ram the limping lobster out of the arena when the walls finally finish descending. Thermidor 2 seems to be aware of this plan also though and is not about to fall for it as he flies away from the wall, making any great advance for the first time in a while. Hell Brand is the quicker of the two machines, but Thermidor 2 is the more manouvreable of the two an the pursuit ends up in a stalemate as the two machines just end up playing a game of tag around the arena. Yet Another Cut Above The Rest however, has realised the great need to impress the judges and comes out of his stalemate against Heart of Fire in order to try and score some damage points against the already scarred Hell Brand.

Heart of Fire seems to want a piece of the action also, and moves away from the pit to attack his foes in what seems to have been more of a tag-team battle. The four robots clash together all at the same time and all emerge after a flurry of sparks which seem to have brought all fresh gashes, most noticeably to Hell Breed who€™s skirt is now a mere tatter of what it once was. All four robots seem to be avoiding the edges of the arena, where all of the walls have descended to leave nothing but a drop, as well as the pit.

Thermidor 2 realises it could be his only hope though, and in a huge display of bravery, considering the state he is in, tries to make his way towards the beaten side of Hell Brand and slip the nose underneath for the second time this fight. It works, albeit after a great struggle from Hell Brand, who seems determined not to go out after all the work he€™s done, and as Thermidor 2 begins to take the battered and beaten entry from Team Hitmen towards the pit, the klaxon sounds, and all four of the machines know that their fate lies in the hands of the judges.

                            CEASE

Me- What an absolutely amazing fight! With all four robots still standing, we have to leave it to the judges to decide who goes through to the next round.

And thanks very mcuh for the encouragement Tony

Welcome to the 3rd qualifying battle of The Fowler Fic War Series 3.1, and today we have four robots all looking to scrap their way through to a place in the final 128 places. Let€™s go down and meet them.

FROM €œSOME RANDOM UNI PLACE€, IN ENGLAND, SNAKEBITE IV!!!!!!

Can anyone hear Steve Irwin€™s cries? Only this snake€¦ really doesn€™t look anything like a snake whatsoever! Essentially a Drillzilla style shuffler, the weapon on this viper is a novel little thing, shaped like a snakes head, it first appears to be jaw, but is actually an invertible lifter, designed for picking robots up before dragging them across the arena The armour is decent, speed€™s good and pushing power is nothing to be sniffed at. But the ground clearance could leave it a little bit exposed, and the lifter isn€™t really god for turning over opponents. Could this snake be bitten?

FROM OSWEGO, IN NEW YORK, PLUNDERBIRD!!!!!!

Oh, Praise the lord The International Wreck Crew have arrived to spare us from boredom Coming all the way from the depths of Series 2, the bird is€¦well€¦ exactly as odd as we remember it With its pneumatic €œraising blade€, short hand for €œcrap flipper€ and its pneumatic ram, he€™s at least got some weaponry to help him through. But extremely flimsy aluminium armour, low power bosch motors and an enormous ground clearance could mean that the wreck crew could vanish without a Trace-y

In FFW2 - Got drawn up against a very dangerous field in one of the 5-minute massacres and ended up being the first to go, apart from Slammer who never even made it to the arena

                                FROM SUFFOLK, IN ENGLAND, Y4!

Having changed its name from €œNo, Not Steven Whatsisname€, Y4 is Chris Mason€™s first representative in this tournament and looking to be successful. There€™s absolutely no doubting however that this is a clone, but a very good robot to clone in the form of former Battlebots champion T-Minus. The flipping arm can flip in excess of 300kg and the armour and ground clearance should keep it fairly well protected from all but the lowest wedges. Semi-exposed wheels and low pushing power however could leave Y4 about as talented as G4

FROM OSWEGO, IN NEW YORK, TORNADO!!!!!!!

This intro€™s getting a bit boring now, ain€™t it Tony€™s fifth robot in this war so far, and the second in this heat was not a bad pick as a realie The RW6 champion is back, unchanged, with scoops, blades, spikes and drums all ready to cause havoc in the arena. The pushing power and phenomenal acceleration is as potent a weapon as ever and the chassis will withstand all but the most powerful knocks. Unfortunately though, the armour isn€™t the strongest, and the wheels are very vulnerable to axes and crushers. The Tornado could be reduced to little more than a stiff breeze

                                Activate!

Straight from the off all 4 robots plow in to the centre of the arena, obviously ready to beat the living woot juice out of one another Tornado is using the 12kg drum today and it€™s already spun up by the time the 4 machines get into the centre of the arena. Surprisingly, it€™s Plunderbird who makes the most aggressive start storming straight into the front of Snakebite Evolution, though flying straight up onto the lifting jaw. Fortunately for him, Rich doesn€™t think fast enough, and spins away, allowing him just to drop straight to the floor.

Tornado on the other hand seems more content to focus on the semi exposed wheels of Y4 and is nagging away, apparently trying to gnash away until they give in. Y4 is not impressed by this however and turns quickly, sliding the spatula at the front of the lifting arm and throwing the former UK champ across the ring before he lands right way up with a crash. It doesn€™t stop him flying straight back in though, and this time he manage to put a nice gouge in the flipping arm itself before backing off. Y4 doesn€™t like this much and begins pursuing Tornado across the arena, leaving the other two to tussle in the centre over the pit.

Plunderbird seems to have decided that Snakebite IV is his best bet, and as a result is now nagging him constantly, hoping to catch him off-guard long enough to do some lasting damage. He keeps trying to get underneath him with the pneumatic raising blade, but eventually Rich realises that the UKRW veteran is no danger to him and instead decided to turn his attentions back to the other two, sliding over, very snakelike towards Tornado and T-Mi- sorry, Y4 on the other side of the ring

When the four meet it€™s not immediately not evident what€™s happened among the sparks, but as they all break up it€™s obvious who came out the worst, as Snakebite Evolution comes out with half of his jaw at a completely different angle from when it went in. Turns out in the imaginary replays that he was flipped by Y4 into Tornado€™s drum and the jaw wasn€™t as well attached as it looked. Plunderbird however is having an absolute ball as he discovers that the robot he thought would be easiest to take out is now practically cannon fodder. Sliding the blade under the weapon which can no longer be used as an attack mechanism, he shunts him over to the other arena side, using the wedge as a natural flipper, and beaching Rich€™s machine on its side on the wall.

It€™s only after this move that Tony realises how stupid a move this is, as for however much Tornado might try and save him, he is now at the mercy of the beast that is Y4. He manages to run away for a little while but eventually finds himself cornered by the T-Minus clone and left with very little room to manouvre. Tornado flies in to help his ally, smashing into the back end of Y4, but for all the sparks and the tiny gash it has left, it does very little to help his teammate whatsoever. Sliding in underneath with the arm, he flings him into the air, where he lands upside down with a crash against the wall. Tony knows that he is beaten and decides that he isn€™t going to let another man kill his dog (Prize for anyone who can tell me what book that€™s from ) and decides to finish off the bird himself.

Revving the drum up to its full potential, he flies in all guns blazing and rips into the exposed and inverted rear panel, practically disintegrating a whole chunk of the armour in one hit. Another hit and its completely gone, leaving all the gubbins exposed. Y4 isn€™t about to miss out on the action though and nudges Tornado out the way to finish off what he started. A well-placed nudge and a flip later, and the Plunderbird is the right way up€¦ just the wrong side of the arena fence.

                                CEASE

Me - Easily the shortest fight yet. Plunderbird are in need of digital remastering While Snakebite Evolution was more like a gnat. Y4 gives them a Y-pout, and Tornado breezes through
