    The brain responds:

Irod is hated throughout all lands he is known, but as no one except those already in those lands gives a damn about it hes pretty embedded, especially as he kills any potential threats before they becoem strogn enough, he has access to his own cogitor.
However anyone who could kill him would be coem a hate figure, and he controlls seven major army factions. the frost giant, hill giants, armoured bears, northmen, wereboars, snow elves and pine-ents this would certainly be a major advantage.

Irod is very tough in every respect, although hes a bit slow, practically stationary as a matter of fact.

One otehr thign of note, your vast flying ship is equipped with the following weapons:

1 x harpoon cannon - a giant harpoon 30ft in length that can impale enemies, attached with a chain so faster opponents cannot escape
56 x standard bombard cannons - normal gunpowder variety, can knock a lot of damage into weaker vessels
4 x artillery turrets - more damaging than the gunpowder cannons, but more difficult to aim, once locked on trget theyll hit
1 x omega ray - massivly damaging, but is on an immovable turret, ship needs to be stationary to fire it as it takes a lot of the power of the ship
1 x hardox bow - built like a greek trireme for ramming into ships should all else fail
1 x magni-uber cannon - if soemone sits in the cotnroll orb there powers will be magnified to the scale of the ship for use in combat, that of course means that if you were to be boarded they would be defenseless, and as you have no crew atm (soemthign you need to consider hint you do have a certain token from ages back that may help with that)
additionally they will feel any damage to the ship on their own scale, so if your takign heavy damage its not a heavy idea

    your ship has

    120 000 hit points

The token is the one the Platypirates gave us, must be.

I suggest that we ask the ship if we can temporarily postpone the assault against Berenhotep to make good on the token and then to take on his final ally, Irod.

The brain asks? do you never give up with the questions.

The answer to that is that just as there are seven lords, there are seven sages who are not bound by destiny as the lrods are although no way near as powerful, they can break the lords through catalysing events, they are still much more powerful than your average person, also they cannot be read by anyone through scying, either magical or technological, therefore there is no means of finding them, you must make them find you, but i believe that you have already encoutnered two of them, though it is possible that they werent them at all

Sarah says: If i think of a question...i ask it.

I would like to ask another *hears the brain groan*, how would you suggest that we make the sages find us?

Last question for tonight, i promise, anything else that your answer brings up, i shall ask tomorrow.

Dead easy way to beat Irod. Shoot him in the leg with the harpoon, then fly around him a few times. I trust youve all seen The empire Strikes Back?

I know what youre talking about but you seem to forget his big heffin axe, also, according to Alex, his leg is about the size of the ship, also (again, from Alex), the chain is about 30cm thick so it wouldnt hold and anyway, unlike the AT ATs he has moveable joints other than his legs which he could nab us with.

First thing to do, i think, is to make good on the platypirate token.

Meanwhile, us sane ones can go get reinforcements

I still want to see the platys, i would also like to ask teh brain if there are any other allies we could make that would help us defeat Irod.

*Munches on a leek we got way back*

The brain points out you are presently in a flying ship several thousand feet above the ground until you decide otherwise so exploring isnt that useful. Although there is a rumour of a black dragon not far to the north that you could testyour ship against.

                              Other allies worth considering -

The Elhugomtanians, a race of hobbit sized aliens with advanced metalworkign abilities

The Snarkars - walrus-monkeys from the far south

Ivor the Three Legged Panda of the Apocalypse

The Bozog - a super itnellgient slime race from the west

The hiralgis - a race of deaths cap mushrooms obsessed with tapdancing

The ArcLeviathans - the biggest organism on the planet, sea dwelling weighting around the weight of mont blanc each

The Tin dwarves - thinner more sickly versions of normal dwarves with steely grey hair

The pansy-ents whom you encoutnered briefly earlier

The Nugachi-Wu - soem orang utan samurai

Pete and Sandra Jones - an all american couple who live near the equator
