I think its in-weight, but he forgot to change the 110 to 100 - hes done that before in E.O.T.R.4, but Ive just let it pass.

Well it doesnt say which motors Sam uses for manouvre, so i cant determine with 100% certainty whether it is or isnt in weight. But Ive added the numbers up and i think it has a good chance of being in weight if he doesnt go overboard on the drive motors.

The top and bottom of add up to 33 kg, the ring another 17.5 kg, so theres already half the robot in weight.

The Lem 130 is 3kg, the batts (if its 36V) 12.7kg, another 15kg for frame inside (monocoques are out of the question with ringspinners), then i come to about 81kg. that should be enough for drive.
