Go for whichever parts look softest, and try to keep on the attack - my weapon should flip him over, so if it does just dont let him regain controll.

Alex: Yes and my tactics are to avoid his front, and go for the back or sides.
Laura: He is a pretty nippy machine, though.
Alex: Well, it won€™t be easy, but I think I can manage it.
Laura: Good luck.
Alex: Thanks.

Laura: And here€™s the mighty Back to Rock, and Martijn Benschop. Do you want to know who you€™re up against?
Martijn: Uh€¦ no. (Chuckles) There€™s a sneaky suspicion that I don€™t want to find out.
Laura: (Laughs) Darkestar.
Martijn: Nooooo.
Laura: Ha-ha, why? Just how thick is this?
Martijn: Uh€¦ 5mm to 7mm titanium. So, my tactics are... I€™ll try to be quick enough to get there before the blade reaches its full speed and then press the pit button and pit it.

Back to Rock has that sawblade on that LEM-powered lifter, and looks strong as well.

Back to Rock immediately zooms out to greet Darkestar before the spinning blade gets up to full speed! Sparks fly as Darkestar hits the scoop of Back to Rock! Now, Back to Rock lifts up Darkestar, and drags it into the wall!
WHAM!
OH!!! Darkestar is SLAMMED right onto its back! Alex looks annoyed, and he hits the pit button, and the pit goes down. Darkestar seems to have problems catching up to the speedy Back to Rock, but now, it digs its blade into the back!
CRUNCH!
OH!! That makes a nice slit inside the armour Now, Back to Rock has got Darkestar by the tracks and begins to chew on it! Now, Darkestar is okay, but isn€™t able to move freely, and Back to Rock takes that advantage and drags it over to the hammers!
WHAM!
WOAH!!! The armour of Darkestar takes a severe and harsh battering! Now Darkestar€¦ wait, Darkestar€™s flywheel is not spinning at all! The hammer must have disabled the motor, and now, Darkestar is weaponless! Now, Back to Rock is dragging Darkestar into the pit... One nudge, two nudges and... BOOM! They€™re gone!


CEASE!

Darkestar can€™t pull its hair out in frustration, it€™s got none!
Back to Rock goes through to the Heat L Final!

Sam: Well, you took quite a beating out there.
Alex: You€™re tellin€™ me! (Laughs)
Sam: What went wrong?
Alex: Well, I couldn€™t really catch up to him, because he was so fast. Also, after he chewed up my tracks I couldn€™t really move that well.
Sam: Will you come back next year?
Alex: Yep.
Sam: All right then. Let€™s hear it for Darkestar!!!
(Crowd Cheers)
Sam: Well, well, well... Martijn. Your driving skills were phenomenal!
Martijn: Thank you.
Sam: He did get one blow on your back. I thought you were done for.
Martijn: Yes, I was pretty worried as well, but in the end I chewed up his tracks and then pitted him.
Sam: Good luck in the final, eh?
Martijn: Thanks.
Sam: Okay, everyone, give it up for Back to Rock!!!!

Frank: Ooh... it will be pretty difficult. (Chuckles)
Laura: But you have a pretty decent weapon, there.
Frank: Yes, but he€™s pretty low on the front so I€™ll try and get him around the sides and back. Probably rip off his skirts if I want to. It€™ll be hard, though, because it€™s pretty quick€¦

Laura: (Comes up to Martijn Benschop) DUN DUN DUN!!!! Sakura.
Martijn: Uh€¦ I think I€™ll start preparing my will now. (Laughs)
Laura: You€™re kidding! (Laughs) So, anything you got in store for the FBS?
Martijn: Well, he is a fairly nimble and destructive machine. Therefore, I will use the exact same tactics I used for the previous fight, get over there before it gets up to full speed, press the pit button and pit ASAP.

Dan O€™Hagan (Commentator ): So, I€™m here with the host, Sam Park up here in the crow€™s nest to discuss about this fight. Quite a difficult one, don€™t you think, Sam?
Sam: Well, yes. Back to Rock has fought in other tournaments and did well in some of them, but Sakura is very damaging. You saw in the first round it totally dismembered Split Decision.
Dan: I think so as well, and considering Sakura is more damaging and has more weapon power, I will go for Sakura to win.
Sam: I predict that Back to Rock will box-rush Sakura all around the ring and eventually pit it. Anyway, we will now unleash the main event of the night€¦ the HEAT FINAL!

A pretty good all-rounder, the scoop, the saw, but the armour is a bit weak.

So, Back to Rock immediately approaches Sakura as soon as activate sounds, and Sakura is being lifted up into the air! This doesn€™t look good! Now, Sakura escapes, and spins up! But Back to Rock is fast enough to crash into Sakura before it gets to full speed!
CRASH!
Nothing but a scratch is given to Back to Rock€™s front scoop, and now, Back to Rock is immediately getting under the 1cm ground clearence yet again! Now Back to Rock crashes into the pit release, and the pit opens, looking for some robot to devour. Back to Rock and Sakura are still duking it out, and€¦
CRASH!
OH!!! Another attack from Sakura sends Back to Rock flying, but not much damage is caused except for that gash on the side, and a badly shattered skirt. Back to Rock immediately retaliates and now, Martijn Benschop is dragging Frank Goacher€™s machine into the pit€¦ but Sakura just escapes. Now, Sakura spins up again, and hits Back to Rock on the other side!
CRASH!!
WOAH! That is a massive hit, it shattered the other skirt! However, Back to Rock has Sakura in its grasp, and now, it just goes full speed ahead for the pit!!! Now, Sakura is going€¦ going€¦ and finally€¦ BOOM! GONE!

CEASE!

Sakura gets crushed by the rock.
Back to Rock goes through to the Series Semi Finals!!!

Sam: Well, Mr. Goacher. Didn€™t turn the way you expected, eh?
Frank: Yeah, I sort of hoped it would€™ve done better, but alas, no! (Laughs)
Sam: What went wrong, there?
Frank: Well, he was too fast for me, and although I did get several good hits, I unfortunately ended up in the drink.
Sam: Is Sakura returning for another year?
Frank: I reckon.
Sam: All right, ladies and gentlemen, let€™s hear it for€¦ Sakura!!!

Sam: Well, Marti. You were fantastic out there!
Martijn: Thank you.
Sam: I saw you were in dire straits again. I thought you were long gone.
Martijn: Yes, and although Back to Rock has some minor injuries, I think it will be back and ready for the semis.

Yay, I was right And now...Macduff the 2nd...older bot...oh dear.

Killotine: EVO vs. Macduff the 2nd vs. The Quaestor

I believe me and Joey are teaming up on Killotine here (we did earlier in the thread :P) lets see, that axe has a 80mm stroke and 20mm bore: HA! (yes, Im holding that against you Steve, since you dared to put that in your stats - or do I blame Aaron for that, or AJ? XD. Of course, you can go ahead and point out a flaw in Macduff the 2nd, I dont mind )

The set-up Ill be using are the lowered spikes, which is Set-up 3. I assume you know where to get Macduff the 2NDs stats, Samuel? Basically plow underneath that front of Killotine and ram it around; Quaestor can join in whenever he wants.

Axeon I think will go through. Dunno about the other two.

As for soup, I have tomato, chicken, and beef. No mushroom. Hope youre not fussy. :P

due to my axlebot nature Axeon will have a hard time hiutting anything, if we collide face to face my drum would hit his wedge (and skirt) whereas his axe will hit the space behind my drum (hitting air). I actually wanna team up with fellow C&B winner Salamander and disc-slap Axeon :P

Well being as Martijn is going for me, I may as well go for him. :P Those lovely exposed tracks will be my main target. If I can get a couple of hits in on those, hopefully they will break and leave Sheer Heart Attack with decreased manouverability. I also want to team up with Salamander and remove those tracks. :P
