Hypno-disc never had omni wheels Matt, i'd worry about using them for a feather as well they seem a bit on the weak side.

Probably the last set, I let my dad put her back together so he may have switched to give her more grip.

As for Omniwheels... not in a feather unless they are covered and custom made for the job. Off the shelf ones won't cut it. Same for mechanum wheels.

Nope The rear wheels are solid. But in that case the disc made it pivot around the front wheels very easily, even when it was up at 70 degrees and basically on 1 wheel.
