3mm Hardox is on Explosion's base, and (apart from one corner), it survived a full match with NST and is still perfectly flat.

Can you even get 3mm Hardox? I contacted 6 companies for my disc and the minimum they did was 10mm-15mm.

Nope , you never could buy it. What most people call 3mm is actualy 1/8 3.2mm.
And SSAB isn't making that anymore. (I suggest you readthis SSAB file)Even worse, even when they made it, it was rare, and over here, only available in full sheet. 6*2.5m

I contacted 6 companies for my disc and the minimum they did was 10mm-15mm.

For a disk, I would say 10mm is a nice thickness.

Not technically

The 'Hardox' that we're using on the feathers isn't actually Hardox, but an exact copy from another company and therefore without the 'Hardox' brand. But they did 3mm. We bought a metre square sheet of (I think) John Bell back in 2007, and it's the same stuff he's armoured Dantomkia with.

Do you know what the company that made the copy is called? Or do you have any spare/know any one who still has some spare? Unlikely, but I might get lucky

This stuff seems to out do Hardox considerably! I have a supplier in the UK, but minimum sheet size is 2.5m x 6m :x

As I told you, thin wearplate is rare.
Suppliers don't keep stock of it.

Found a sheet of 1.5mm Ti6-4 on ebay... (the seller says 1.2mm but on the sheet it clearly reads 1.5mm in 2 places) Is that thick enough for a base... it would be similar to LS4 but that never takes a hit

We use 2mm Grade 4 Ti on Bitza (TA6 in the UK) and it's super bendy. That's what makes Ti such great armour, as a base plate though it may have too much flex.
A lot of it though is about how you use it. Take an oven shelf for instance, that is some of the crapest, thinnest sheet steel you'll ever come across but it's rigid enough for a shelf because of the way the edges are shaped.

Depends on the grade as well when it comes to titanium. Grade 5 is the stiff stuff that accounts for the majority of world wide production. Grade 2 can bent into all kinds of shapes without snapping. I used to know what grade 4 was good for but it escapes me now.

I believe grade 4 is the highest 'pure' form, before a large majority of it's make up is Vanadium and Aluminium like Grade 5 upwards.
Grade 5 also has the highest elasticity value, which is what makes it so popular in robot armour. Just bounces right back!

Pure grade 2 so i am guessing its to flexible for a base but might be good for top armour...

1,5mm,or 1.2mm Ti64... Something tells me neither is really suitable for a base

64 probably stands for the Aluminium-vanadium content, and that will mean it's grade 5.

£25 for 4.15kg of good grate Ti... I'm tempted. Looks ideal for a monocoque Raptor.
