Are these the proper speed 900s? Or the replicas? Because they look real, but I thought the proper ones were £60 not £40. Thanks

Re: Speed 900s
If its the ones on eBay, then I'm sure they are replicas of some sort. I'm thinking of running two of them on 30a electronizes but I'm not sure whether it's worth the investment seing as I'm running four 18v drill motors at 24v at the moment

Re: Speed 900s
Woops!!!! Its: http://www.sussex-model-centre.co.uk/sh ... sp?id=5438 and i used drills before, but they don't have the strength/speed/ shape/reliability I require, bruiser used drill motors, and it was ok, but nothing better, I wont to build a faster more competitive robot, which can be fast, so it can easly get round the RL/RR arenas, with out boreing the audience...

Re: Speed 900s
On the real Speed 900 what is the schematic for the attachment hole positions? Also in the pictures it looks like thee is a small bit that sticks out the front of the the mouuting frame with the shaft. What is the diameter of that and how far does it stick out from the mounting frame?
Or does anyone have a good CAD model of it, preferably solidworks... (Yeah long shot I know)

Roll Resistance. (Google it please)
The reason why cars are getting bigger wheels over time.
See the difference between an original mini cooper and the new one. And no, it's not a marketting ploy, but a way to get a little better fuel efficiency without investing big loads of money into more efficient engines.
