The construction of your sentence makes no sense ...try again.

I guess that your missing a word e.g. regulator?

of a what? 150 psi is a pressure ...it's like saying what is the average weight in kg's of a blue / green

                    You seem stumped...

You've supplied a pressure rating without saying what the pressure rating applies to.

Anything pneumatic can be given a pressure rating
                    A valve @ 150 psi / 10 bar ( This pressure is the industry norm )
A Fire extinguisher might be rated @ 1000 psi / 68 bar etc...

For information on the weight / mass of the item you must be a little more specific.

                    E.G. The weight / mass of a 1/4 5 port valve.
The weight / mass of a 100mm bore 200mm stroke cylinder.

Even then it's a very open ended question.

Pic of a selection of regulators ranging from 2.5kg's down to 200g ...the smallest ones are not suitable for you they only output ( unless modified ) a low pressure

                            No

I've always made do with what I have kicking around.

                            Good grief!.....Um

                            0.6kg co2 bottle full weight ...1kg ish
                            Regulator 0.5 - 0.75 kg
                            Valve ( complete ) + fittings + tube 0.5 kg ish
Pneumatic cylinder 0.5 - 1.5 kg's depends very much on construction and size.
relief valves plus bits and bobs 0.5 kg...
Plus a buffer tank if your going to use one

                            GUESSTIMATES ONLY

To the optimist, the glass is half full. To the pessimist, the glass is half empty....To the Robot builder there is just too much glass.
