I believe all material you see is hardox.

Yes, those forks are 80mm of solid hardox 500.

Are you going with planetary gearboxes built into the hubs of the wheels like some of the earlier versions of Tanto had?

The whole chassis is 46KG so not quite a tonne, its only 60cm long 36.5cm wide overall body is 10cm thick

Although its not very pleasing to the eye, it's been designed by the numbers. Lots of calculations for mass, density and so on have been done to find balance points, centre of gravity, deflection angles etc

We are using the hub wheels as before, but slightly differently you'll see in a few weeks

finished version should look similar to this
