    Re: Rukia (FW)

Well the motors I have are 120mm long with gearbox. So it's a tight fit.

The products you have showed me, maybe too big.

Gyro? Rukia's got 4 wheels, a gyro is not needed. Mr.Pink is the one who need a gyro with his uncontrolled drifting.

            Update

I thought I'll tell you all on what's going on. First, adapting new drive motors and weapon motor on Rukia. I'm drawing up the drive motors at this time and should be better than the 35w's. The weapon motor has been replace. And the speed of it, is much quicker. (about 1-2 seconds with no load)

Second, I'm gathering parts for my 4-bar flipper, known as, The War Machine Rukia. So far the parts I have are. A 50mm bore 50mm stroke Pneumatic and 20oz paintball bottle even though I ordered a 16oz.

I'm still looking for a suitable valve and something on the thread end of the Pneumatic, to connect the Pneumatic, to the weapon arm's shaft.

For the drive, I have taking an interest on the Graupner Speed 700BB Turbo 12V, I have no idea what there like.

All this Pneumatic set up looks overwhelming but still going to give it a shot.

Hey everybody, I'm back with a new robot. This is the replacement of Rukia, or a new model named 'The War Machine Rukia'.

I know I was going to build a 4-bar flipper, but I'm too lazy to learn about Pneumatic set up.

It has a 8mm Polycarbonate base with a 14x14 steel box section frame.

The weapon is a lifting arm, hopefully I can self right now.

The rest, 2x Speed 900's, 3x BotBitz 85AMP ESC's, 14.4v lipo battery and the armour, well I don't know yet.

How are you gearing the speed 900s down?
