A four wheel drive pusher made from a 3D printed chassis. The wheels are made from lego tyres and 3D printed hubs. The speed controller is an Option D2 board and the receiver is an Orange RX from Hobbyking. It is powered by 2 sets of 3 70mAh lipo cells run in parallel, giving a total voltage of 7.4v and a capacity of 210mAh. It is switched on and off using a JST connector link held in a 3D printed cradle. It is armoured in HDPE and 1mm Titanium.
All the repairs made have been completely superficial. All of the pneumatics, electronics and drive managed to withstand NST entirely. We've re-welded up the frame, made a new corner, and a few new other bits, and six panels (the back panel is still the same). All in all, nothing's changed, so it should work just as well as before, hopefully
Sorry to all those who thought they were going to have an easy time at Burgess Hill :P
