Its all about getting the right leverage ratios with the flipper and getting the servo lower for a better Centre of Gravity

Also, the link allows the flipper to be hinged to the robot body. With a direct connection to the servo, the only place the flipper is connected to the body is via the servo output gear.
The link is also the weakest part, so it breaks first. With the direct connection the weakest part would probably be part of the servo. We have suffered lots of flipper damage, but never any servo damage. (And I know which Id rather replace!)

Atm is Flippt in parts, but when I weight in everything, it seems its gonna weight only 125 g!
What can I do to make it a bit heavier, or is it a advantage to have it lighter then normal?

Rebuild flippt first, there will be something you have missed out (glue/tape). Then improve armour but leave room for a bigger flipper servo or a higher voltage battery. So if there is still weight remains there is room to improve rather than having to rebuild a bigger shell that weighs more.
