just use a jst and you will be fine, i advis the hyperion 180mah lipos, basicly the same but without balancing leads.

Yes, its got a red JST connector that matches with the ones on almost all lipos (including yours)

Thats an original Pro-peak quattro, the plus version has the mains plug, that one runs from a 12v supply. I use old PC power supplies for mine, output between 11 and 15v works.
