i have to second the comments about the boxers, while at the nec, my favourite past time was gently running them around the arena, and then scaring the women with an upper cut great fun

Best 3 days ive had in a while, and a great responce to UKRG.

Managed to plug the UKRG at the recent post 16 e-learning conference at the GMEX. several interested peopel, sadly my little sumo bot wasnt ready to roll, but people seemd interested nevertheless.
What i did find was that when someone asked me later, and I didnt have the site on the pc I was using (bookemarked normally), I couldnt remember the YRL, and Google was a bit lame in finding it... might be worth putting a few more direct links around the place.

Google has got a cache of the site but it does not appear that high up the search results listing yet. In fact searching for UK Robotic Games brings up Technobots link page first!

More links to the UKRG site will certainly help spread the word. Ill ask our webmaster if he can do us a banner or something for download.

Tony, we were unsure whether the boxers would take off but it looks like they will which is great for the UKRG. It does mean the games can offer something for just about everyone.

I wasnt at the games but seeing all the kids gathered around one of the boxers when Mike took it up to Doncaster was amazing. They loved it.
