Didnt realise IG88 had that much punch though.. never managed to catch any of its fights live.

Having seen the replays and taken lots of stick at work I have to concede that we were seriously out classed in the final. Dantomkia was perfectly matched for us as the twin forks fit nicely between the spinning weapon. Or should I say Bi-rotational axe !!!!

The only conciliation we can take from the experience is that Mike was a little worried before the fight.

Keen to see how far it goes this year. 3 rounds a 3 flippers through ! How many more ???

13 Black DOES have a srimech for Series 7 - should be interesting.
But saying that - Scorpion was invertable, and couldnt stay in the arena. Eeek.

Stu, the side pods on Dantomkia are a mixture of Hardox ( upper wheel arch ) and 1.2mm steel.

paul ( Vader ), I nearly passed out after our fight. I was worried so much that I had more than my normal high addrenaline level and after the fight it all let go. Luckily I didnt puke.

Rob, after Harry Hills comments I thought before I spoke this year. That is why there is a pause between the question and the answer. I wont have you lot taking the piss like that anymore. LOL

OK,OK Mike, It may only be a flipper...But it is one hell of a flipper. I for one will give it the respect it (and your driving) clearly deserves in future!(although I cant speak for John!!)
It was a damn fine fight regardless of the outcome. Although how we got out of that set-to at the top end of the arena...heaven only knows! (I did hear we took a huge chunk out of one of their light units!)
Oh, by the way mike, during the battle, did you happen to notice what it was we cut off Refbot? (there was a big bit of something left in the arena at the end, and it didnt belong to you or me)
