Funny, Ive heard that before. :-)

Perhaps Five realised theyd mad a horrible mistake and not shown any spoilers for the final at the end of that semi (in fact I thought the teasers for the second semi were surprisingly restrained given those in the first semi - I had my eyes shut in case, but rewound after Id watched it all), so they wanted another opportunity to give the result away.

After all, if someone on the Five forum has given the result away, why would any viewers care? (smiley X-P /smiley)

Well, I dont know about you, but the preceeding 15 or so weeks have been all about deciding whos going to be robot wars series 7 champion...which is the most important of ALL RW titles surely...

Finding out who will be Annilhilathor champion is all well and good, but it kind of ruins the suspense that has been built up these past six months or so...no??

Before deciding the Heavyweight boxing champion of the world, they didnt just say: Hang on a minute guys, lets have a bit of a rumble first, 6 in, one out Did they?

(Luckily, I have Sky +, so will be able to keep the Annihilator back until after the final before adding it to my Series 7 tape! :wink: )
