Hydraulic ram for log splitter

Looking for a dirt cheap / free hydraulic ram if anyone has one kicking around? Looking to build a log splitter to sort out my wood burner for the winter.

What size as I only do big lol 50 mm dia 12" long

Big isn't an issue John. Somewhere between 12 and 24 inch long with a decent travel would be ideal (giggity)
