Can I buy this from anyone for a low price ^?

The 12lb class just fails to happen here. Nobody will have one. I don't doubt you'll get an offer for a raptor to be made for you but thats beside the point.

You're american. We're mostly british with a fairly hefty euro standing. There is a slight logistical problem here. Try on the american forums and sites for more useful information and communities. Not that we won't try and help with any problems, just you're better off getting to know the people *local* to you.

Sending a 2 kg package without insurance would cost $55 from where I live to the US.

A normal Raptor (6kg /13.2lbs German class ) drivetrain is about that weight.

Ok, I am on HobbyKing.com, and I am looking for a Transmitter, Receiver, ESC, Motor, Battery and Charger. Which ones should I buy for a starter Bot?

If you buy TX/RX, chargers or ESC's, don't think "start". A good RX/TX set will serve you for years.
Team RCC is using a few Spectrum DX6 and BR6000 sets for the robots. And those are at least 5 years old. The first sets of not to hidiously expensive 2.4GHz sets.
ATM, a simple but decent set will cost you less than 2 cheap rubbish sets.

A decent charger, like the Imax B6 will serve you for years.

ESC's, when well chosen and protected, will power your machines for years. We have ESC's in use from 2002... And thazt's in active machines.

Problem is, decent brushed motor esc's ain't cheap.
Brushless esc's can be, but getting a drive with those is another matter.
