your best and cheapest way is to get it laser cut, I've had loads done very neatly and cheaper than water or cnc.

Is there any companies that people recommend for cutting?

I fear P&P will make it a tad unfair.

Cost is not my concern, I just need a quality cut and for it to be what I need

You need to supply a CAD file of the profile(s) you want cut. Search "hardox lasercutting" or similar into google, I'm sure you'll get something local enough that you could drop off the materials. Although they might prefer to use their own stock as it's a known quantity for them and using theirs might end up cheaper anyway (incl. costs of getting them your sheet etc). Ya need to send some emails with plans and get some quotes back blokey.

Cost no concern. Simple, send me the DXF files, and I'll get you a quote.

Several of the UK roboteers have stuff cut by Lasertec, the firm that does most of the lasercutting for Team RCC

If that was the place that did my bars, they were pretty good and nicely priced. Had to do a bit of grinding afterwards but no big deal. Would use again.

Here are 3 I have used. Tolgar did Conker 3's weapon. Yorkshire profiles is our go-to for armour and base cutting. West York Steels supplied the material for Binky's new weapons, even if we haven't had anything cut by them. Tolgar has a cutter with angle compensation on it if you need that level of accuracy.
