Hey guys,
I'm currently converting a shed into my workshop and for the lighting, I'm using some of the high intensity LED strip-lights available. They run off 12V and I'm looking for a second-hand SLA, in the order of roughly 7-10Ah, to power them. (They'll be getting trickle-charged during the day from a solar panel on the roof; may as well practice what I preach
)
I know they're not that expensive new but the application doesn't demand a brand new battery and if I can re-use something that someone else no longer needs then great.
Alternatively, a couple of smaller capacity batteries (~3-4Ah) would also be fine, I can just run them parallel.
