Drum Teeth

Looking to get some ring teeth made for my FW drum bot. I've been given a few names on who exactly to contact but I though I may as well post it here and let people get in contact with me or post on the thread about who/where to go looking.

Basically looking for 3 possibly 4 Boner/Drumroll style teeth for a 101mm drum, as much weight as possible as it's only around 1.1kg at the moment and looking to get it about 3-4 times that to make it effective.

if you want a weight increase then the best route would be to increase the diameter/thickness of your drum. You won't get near a 3 to 4 x increase in weight from 3 teeth alone.

Kenny, Tom and possibly Ed Wallace are the people that jump to mind for tooth machining.

The weight is taken without anything else on it, just the pipe so there's all that to add on too. What sort of thickness is Boners drum?

It was 3mm stainless steel too. The hardox ring teeth were 15mm thick, with an outer diameter of 96.2mm (76.2mm inner) then teeth added on to that.
I'd go for four teeth, as I think you have the same balancing issues with three teeth as you have with two bar teeth that are split over either half of the drum. Plus with four teeth you have more weight, ergo more damage

I was planning 4, but added 3 because it has 3 in the CAD and so said that too.

The same sort of teeth on Boner (scaled up a touch) would be pretty good then, should add enough weight to make it pretty useful.

Seems to be what we Scots do best, I would hate to break the trend .
