The diameter is a nice part of the information (300mm 12).

But how wide do you want them, what diameter of axle etc etc...

width must be atleast 50mm and no greater than 130mm ish. axle hole isn't too important

Sounds like a job for a standard 12 wheelbarrow wheel.
