Make one? A couple of electric car scissor jacks bolted to a wheeled base and lifting surface? Okay it would need battery power, but no shortage of that at events

how about just making a trolley the same height as the arena, so just push on and off ?

The yellow one I made for Cherub comes apart in four pieces and fits in the gaps between the other bits in the car/van
