After being run over by Major Damage at Guildford, Whirlpool is in need of some new side panels.

Has anyone got 2 pieces of 10/ 12mm polycarb which are roughly 60cm long by 10cm wide??

The polycarb that broke seemed too brittle anyway- we broke about 3 sets of side panels while replacing the ones that broke at the uk champs- the internal supports which were from the same sheet that made shockwave are still in one piece.

Would you not be better off with 10-12mm HDPE or polypro, so it can double up as spinner protection? (better than polycarb for taking impacts anyway) Or if you need a little more structural strength, Nylon 6?

Just dont go for perspex - my teammate found that out the fun way at the FW champs
