Stainless steel tube

Im after some thick walled stainless tube for a project at work, finished size 300mm OD, 277mm ID, 500mm long. Its going to be machined to a fancy shape so being oversize doesnt matter.
Cheapest quote so far is £3000 with a 5 week lead time!
We might be able to use aluminium at a pinch.
Anybody know a good place with surplus tube?
