Arming up tool question

Hi,
I just wanted to confirm that the standard arming up tool is a 17mm socket which fits an m10 bolt?
I know some people disagree about tools and others think they are necessary, I just want to check before I fit the bolt tommorow. (for a HW btw)

I must say, used the m10 bolt for the first time in Norwich, and it is so much saver , easier and faster than it was before.
