Firstly, my apologies: I have definitely seen this answered elsewhere but I can't find it now.

Can we please have regs or guidance regarding upper-limit robot dimensions (for each weight if appropriate)
in 3D ?

The only size limit is what fits in the door, or, in one case, fits in the arena (Japanese Fighting Tortoise) . Generally speaking, feathers are about 400 x 400mm, but that is an average, there are a few out there that are peculiar sizes. Heavies are probably about 800x1000mm.

The trick is to make them as small as you can so you don't waste armour protecting air! That is unless you are me Seraph is big about 850mm wide 900mm long and 500mm tall.
