Guildford event

I am interested in entering a bot into the Guildford event but as I have never entered before have no idea how to do so. Could somebody tell me what weights will be at Guilford and how I go about entering.

They are for heayweight (100kg/220lbs) and featherweight (13.6kg/30 lbs). Applications will open as soon as the organizer opens them up.
