Team Eventorizon: Beetleweight Event National Stem centre York 6th June

Hi Folks
The Conker IT Arena will be back at the National Stem centre as part of their June Mega Jam.

We'd love to see anybody who can make it up (or down ) to Yorkshire for a day of informal competition and demos. You can bring your Featherweights too if you'd like to destroy some domestic appliances!

It can be anything! If it runs, we want it. You could bring along the reworked version of your project box beetle to stand more of a competitive chance. Then again that means less sweets... Hmmm, tough choice.

Hi Folks
Everything is set for the Event at the York Mega Jam.
I have arranged for you to pick up your Roboteers badges from Reception. We will be arriving at 8am to set up so you are welcome anytime after that. The Maga Jam itself starts at 10am and I'll put up a schedule for Demoes and the Beetleweight competition on the day.
I'm trying to arrange lunch for everybody but I'm not sure how substantial it will be so I suggest folks bring a little something with them.
The National Science learning centre is well signposted but if you'd like to know exactly where it is on the University campus message me with your email and I'll send you a pdf sitemap.
Looking forward to a great day, and trying Binky out now that she's back together again!

Conker 3 is ready for Demo's, Binky is back up and running and the undercutter is... kind of fixed. If you have any old things like toasters or CD players that you want to trash, bring them along.

Should be able to come along, depends on how expensive the train fares want to be this time! Haha. I haven't got my feather running (still) so I'll be coming down purely for the crack!
