I'm having some difficulties as well with staying within weight while using hdpe.
I keep cutiing out pieces I do not need to lose some weight.

RPM looks vicious but how much does it weigh? I`m asking because I`m having big difficulties with the weight of Nefarious and its smaller and mainly hdpe?

Just popped it on the scales, without receiver and with a rather minuscule 3S battery it weighs just under 1.4kg.

Nefarious's problems probably stem from the larger battery. Other than that it's more armoured and solid than something like RPM.
How is the weapon going with that?

Armour wise RPM is quite light and thin by comparison to Nefarious.

Headbanger is just a smudge over the limit, nothing a bit of pocketing won't fix.

Ok guys, just so you are aware, we will be doing tech checks for the beetles, but we won't be doing it quite like the FRA's ones (their rules all say FW and above for a lot of things), but to pass check, it must:
Failsafe on drive and weapon
Have a removable link
Locking bar
Sharp edge protection
1.5kg (5g tolerance) in weight

What counts as a suitable locking bar? i know that at the champs this year i saw clamps and what not so would they be allowed or does it have to be a proper locking bar?
