Well robot weekends are turning into proper weekends away now my life has changed, I have to fit Kirsty and her friend in the car for this event !!

They are coming to size up to opposition for when they build their own !! Then we are in trouble, their school has got a nice laser cutter which cuts steel, can't wait to get my hands on it !!

of course if you have any ideas on new games let me know.

I was thinking of some kind of four-robot annihilator, one from each team, so there would be three fights, one per show. The first team out gets nothing, and increasing points from then on for 3rd, 2nd & the winner.
Just a suggestion.

The problem with Annihilators at live events is, you load 4-8 robots in the arena, somebody gets flipped OOTA or dies in the first few seconds, then you have to stop the fight, when you still have the rest of the robots are still ready to fight, it all seems abit of a waste. That's why there isn't annihilators at live events, it could only work on a TV show. But keep the ideas coming.
