Tron is nearly ready to take on the world, just sorting out the wheels again :shock:
Changed a gearbox on one of the Seraph drive motors, fitting a battery charger lead on to the robot, so I don't have to mess round with all the 4mm bolts.
Booked the B&B

Anywhere else in the uk you can get FLIGHTPOWER EVO-ULTRA NANO 50C 11.1V 3300mAh 3cell 50C Lipos? I really dont think flightpower want to send me mine.

hi Tom - your best bet is to contact Matt Watkins at Midland Helicopters - They usually keep good stock. FlightPower lipos are currently being sent from China so shipping times seem to be varying quite abit.

i have the same problem tom 3 weeks now and still not sent paid for 4-6 day delivery lol

its a bit of a joke for a massive company they have offered me my money back with less than a week to go

Ye it said 4-6 days on mine too.
Grant Ill give midland helicopters a try, I have seen century uk with them but its another 150 quid on lipos from them. Ill Just have to get them from midland helicopters or from century if flightpower havent got back to me by monday. Just sent them a 4th e-mail so hopefully they will get back to me this time.

Mine took just over 2 weeks to turn up, there probably stuck at customs. Give Julian an e-mail and ask for the tracking information.

Ill wait untill monday, see what happens.
Ill get my mate to bring his camera, Try get a decent picture of every robot at the event. Have to get a pic of calums on the scales, Will be about 5kg over as usual

Im glad I dont have either of them in the first rounds.
Iv only got Tiny Toon and Beauty 2 in the first round, shud be easy for me, I mean them two robots arnt ever gonna win anything are they?

Yes the new gearbox is too good so it took 1min 30secs to spin down but its sorted now.
buzzbar spins round when it spins up too fast, the 7kw motor is a bit powerful.
