I always thought Kaizer was last with its league score of 2.

Did B2 complete its first round fights? I'm away from the newsletter.

Went out the competition in it's first fight if i remember right? Quite a nasty hit from a disc being rammed into the back of it.

last minute panic, decided to put Alpha back together today, went to check it and found one motor pulling 50amps on no-load! Having stripped it and cleaned it up, checked it again, now pulling 40amps and getting very hot, turns out it had a winding gone, but you could hardly see it. So panic as it takes 2-3weeks for a new motor to come from Germany. Luckily i have managed to find an old motor with a bent case, but good armature, but its a different hand, but will hopefully fit, will try it on Friday. This may explain Alphas poor power over the last few events (years!) because good knows how long i've been running it burnt out!

beauty had one sort of fight link came out and a 1 min latter TT pushed toons spinner into back of us
wrote it off big time and only 1 point

all i can say is REVENGE IS SWEET!!!

Depends which robot gets most beaten up by a spinner
Probably won't know until the event itself (one week - eeep!); are you planning on going for a new record?

i wont get a spinner that light I dont think but ill be under the old 12kg limit id have thought. Still waiting on lipos from flightpower, there taking ages, like 2 weeks so far and iv emailed 3 times and not had a reply so dont know what im doing about batteries.

I'm still waiting on wheels coming through. Ordered them a good 3 weeks ago. Worst case i'm gonna have to make my own from some HDPE I got kicking around.

Kaizer & captain scarlet were running for lightest last year I believe. About 7/8kg?

Can't believe I had the most awesome oota & no-one filmed it!
